Well I've had a good shopping spree today Been to Dunelm mill and spent just under £75. was £85 but i had a £10 off coupon :money:

I got the little dinosaur set from there, but not curtains or bedding. But I got the lampshade and rug. Only the important things :rotfl:

Love how we're all making sure our faces aren't in the pictures - we'll discuss constipation, cervical mucus, tips for peeing into tubes, tips for making sure all the pee is gone, but show our faces... Nah! :rotfl:

Had my 35 week appointment. Baby is still measuring small (32) and now they think she is breach . Got another appointment in a fortnight, if she's still breach il get another scan. I've been having stern words haha.

in other news, im waiting for my full mortgage offer. Being on maternity leave is not helping with my nerves - must stop reading the mortgage boards!!

Seeing as we're all updating with bump shots here is me from yesterday at 34+2



Re midwife notes does anyone know what 'free' means? She didn't mention anything to me but just looking through my notes from last week and it just says free and then 34 cm as my measurement of bump.

Got some paint today and a light shade for baby's room. Hubby painted the spare room about a year ago now a soft green colour, it just needs touching up so got a colour as close as we could.

Even though we know we're having a girl we chose the 'I love my bear' range and thought a soft green would go nicely with the cream/pine on the nursery set and then if people buy us pink teddy bears or anything like that it would then just be a soft gender colour rather than pink splashed everywhere.

Not sure if we're adding anything to the walls as have 3 I love my bear range wall hanging anyway, might add like a blossom tree next to the cot bed or something. Going to get it painted and all furniture in 1st before deciding on that.

Other than that been to the hair dressers this morning, my last appointment before baby arrives. Got my hair cut a bit shorter this time so it's a bit easier to manage when baby is here.

I think (but I'm by no means an expert!) that "free" may mean that baby is not yet engaged?

All good at midwife, apparently baby is head down with spine to the right got all the info on antenatal classes to yay!

Not heard anything about my bag- funnily enough was going to ask you the same question. I'm feeling impatient too.

My baby is lying across rather than head down (31 week appt tues) midwife said its not a worry til 35 weeks. Also sugar in urine again so got to have a second GTT test next week And blood pressure still low 80/60 which means standing still e.g. in a shop queue is not fun.
Shattered today. Busy day yesterday then DS didn't sleep well, woke us several times. He has been a little terror today- running away etc- must be because he is tired too. Still he is snoozing at the moment so hopefully he'll be back to himself when he wakes.

Free means head not engaged into pelvis yet. Once it starts to decend they write how many quarters engaged it is

Afternoon all - sorry I've not been around for a few days... I've been busy!!!

Eve Violet arrived safely on Tues @ 17.40 weighing 7lb 5oz

She is a wee dot and we got home at lunchtime yesterday. All well. x
