Ah, Thanks Catt
I'll start on the green days then, I last did SW before I went Veggie and I did EE then.Steffie Woo! x0 -
I take great offence to that TIE  I am the most well behaved Frog on here! It's all them others that you'll have to watch SteffieWoo :cool:I'm sure it's the good times when you haven't lost catching up. Hope it works for lantanna too, very soon. One of the great things about this thread is that people are honest and don't pretend they're on plan when they're not. So when people are down because they're good and nothing happens then just keep plodding on and you'll get there.
I agree with denise that having a bit of a shake up can help. That can be a variety of plans or a variety of foods on the one plan. I think I often inadvertently have Green (ish) days. I always set out to do EE but, in trying to be mse, I often have very small meat portions. Keeping the SFs up (including SSs) is a good ploy too.
I think pasta with a very plain sauce is a great, easy lunch: just a bit of passata and any herbs she'll cope with. Or my DGD used to love to sit and pick at a plate of 'bits': cheese, ham, carrot sticks, cucumber, beetroot, grapes and (for her) perhaps a few crackers or just a few Pringles.;) then something sweet to follow which could be a small fromage frais or a little cake or chocolate bar. As a treat, I'd let her sit with the TV/DVD and enjoy this.:o Weetabix or toast is an easy breakfast with perhaps a banana afterward. When I'm feeling energetic we have been known to play at Three Bears and eat up all our porage!!:rotfl:
Great news about your mum's recovery tie.
Did you mean we're to be careful not to sit on them?
Good EE day planned:
B: NAS Ribena, Baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: vegetable soupSpaghetti Bolognese
Syns: bit of Parmesan and may take a bite of DH's Crunchie at the footie tonight.;)
exactly Maman, i was only meaning watch where you sit/step as we don't want squashed frogs and cattsIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning all
Shala - I am a STS this week.. cant help feeling a tad disappointed but its better than a gain isn't it?
Didnt have the best day yesterday, and went off plan (although on reflection this morning its not as bad as i thought it was last night).. Also *week is fast approaching , and i am already starting to feel rubbish - i am feeling very heavy & lethargic today. No rage or tears as of yet though (which is a bonus :T) but i know its coming. I am going to make an extra effort to post menus on this thread in the next 10 days. I hope this will keep me on "semi track" because i know for sure i will probably fall off on more than one occasion:(
I dont know about anybody else but the week before *week i find i dont seem to sleep as well, and i toss & turn in bed all night long. Its annoying.
anyway today i am having a GREEN day (shock horror)
B - Hex b toast with marmite & spread (2 for the spread)
L - Jacket potato with FF pineapple cottage cheese (can someone advise if this is free? do i need to syn or can i use a HEX A?)
D - Roasted butternut squash ( NOM NOM NOM) with HM cous cous (cooked in veggie stock) with loads of veg thrown in (peppers, mushrooms, onions, peas & sweetcorn)
snacks - a teeny banana, some pineapple (need some sweetness today), options hot choc ( 2), muller light cherry yoghurt

I've put on 2lb this week, so failing the challenge miserably & now 4lbs away from my 2stone award (again). My heart's just not in it right now. Had to cancel my blood re-test for today as I'm supposed to be 'relaxed' at it - fat chance of that with a terrible two's toddlerI think some of that gain is just stuff I ate late last night, so hoping the damage can be undone again for next week!
C xx
Keep plodding on Catt..*hugs*

Good morning all,
had a bit of a disappointing week this week, but I have a horrendous cough/cold and its * week, so I guess any loss is a bonus.
On a plus point it was my sixth weigh in and I got my 1 stone award so I can see its going from the scales, and clothes feel a little looser.
Its the husbands Christmas dinner thing tomorrow, but I feel like rubbish so that is probably going to serve as damage limitation, and I don't really drink alcohol so that's not going to be a problem either. I just want to lose some more before Christmas, because I will definitely be gaining over the holiday.
Congrats to all the losers, and big hugs to all those struggling
Week Five 1 1/2Lb off please Shala, and thank you for keeping us all straight!0 -

Me too, Denise, I'd like to go into Christmas period at the lower end of my target range. I was exactly on target two weeks ago but I've had 6 meals out since then! I can't get to WI tomorrow so hopefully I'll be where I want to be by next week.rainbowfairydust wrote: ») I am going to make an extra effort to post menus on this thread in the next 10 days. Good idea to post the menus rfd. I find if I have a SW breakfast then I come on here and it really concentrates my mind as to where the rest of my day's going.
I don't think you can use cottage cheese as a HEX. Whether you have to syn it depends on the brand. Aldi's is free but others vary between 0.5 and 2 syns for 100g.
Change of plan for me today. Our match got moved to tonight so I've had to do a bit of switching around and supper will be early:
EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: bananasausage and mash with onions, cabbage, cauli, broccoli, peas and carrots (plenty of veg so I'll keep some for tomorrow's lunch)
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy and bite of Crunchie (delayed gratification from yesterday;))0 -
