hello again to those who know me, and to those who dont yet .:)
I shall go back to the old thread to catch up, I was a bit thrown to find a new one, It didnt seem that long to me , but you guys know how to do all this posting stuff;)
I gave up after wk 2, had 2 week food fest, then my automatic common sense kicked in again. I txted a sickie to WI, then didnt go to the next one- didnt hear a cheep from the leader to see if I was OK, do you think they are just used to people not turning up and they really dont care?
Not sure that I will fully do the plans, but I am losing my way, with the plan in mind. I intend to WI at B**ts weekly.
I got a cheapie long dress in Asda sale, and its clingy fabric and my boobs look massive in it, so I need to shrink them:D or a more supportive bra, instead of M and S t shirt types?
Good luck on the flat sharing move- I have memories of doing that, weird and wonderful.
Good luck on the newbies WI s.
Beanie, sorry to read about having a scan x0 -
aggypanthus~good to see you
I am not having a scan, I was eating SW scan bran!
Does your dress have any sleeves?

Had a massive lie in today, think I was catching up after the sedation I had at the hospital on Friday .
Today:
B- 2 small whole meal with 2 poached eggs, grilled tomatoes .large peach.
L- Jacket potato with tuna and salad ( I didn't have this yesterday in the end- I got back too late from shopping and just had some salad with a tablespoon of very low fat cottage cheese)
D- once again I am having my homemade veg spag Bol with wheat free pasta and 30g chedder as my HEA. Their will be enough left to have on a baked pot for lunch tomorrow with some salad.
Melon and strawberries.
Syns- 4 for my milk for 8 cups of tea, the rest I'll see!Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0 -

I posted this on the old thread, so have copies it over

Anyway today attempting EE and my plan if ok is:
Had beans on two small whole meal bread (HEB) followed by melon for breakfast.
L- Jacket potato with tuna and large mixed salad.
D- homemade quorn spag Bol with onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms and toms. Wheat free fusilli pasta ( I am trying to use up 5 bags of wheat free pasta bought earlier this year when I went on a wheat free diet for 2 weeks!)
30g chedder on spag Bol ( HEA)
Strawberries melon and grapes
Syns 4 ( 8 cups tea with dash of skimmed milk)
Want to have a yoghurt with my fruit after dinner but I'm still unclear which ones are ok? I have some weight watchers ones in the fridge I have been too scared to eat. I also have two large cartons of fat free greek yoghurt as I have in the past used it to replace breakfast or ,lunch because it is quite high protein ( over 9g in quite a small amount)Are there any free ones?
I don't want it use all my syns up in advance as I am still finding my way!
hiyamabe your doc can give you better advice re eating veggies, what the leader said doesnt sound very scientific , more like platitudes and not proper advice.
I was reading back some threads, may I ask how old your kids are now, did you not feel like taking legal advice on the badly handled birth?0 -
Thanks F.E. for the shiny new thread, you are :A :T:T:TIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
