me me me! I've had no internet for 3 days so am just catching up now.
Please can you put me down for 14lbs, it may seem slightly ambitious but I have taken up running doing the couch to 5k with the NHS podcast.

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 3 Week 1
Wednesday 11th September
Breakfast~ baked beans onopened wholemeal roll (HEB) & 2 poached eggs & gratedcheese (HEA) on top sitting on a huge bed of leaves
Snack ~ apple
Lunch~ Rice & Hm spicychili beans (spicy beans, toms, onions, celery,) & carrots
Snack ~ nothing
Tea~ jacket pot & dryroast veg (onions, red onions, mange tout, little sweet corn, peppers) Hm spicychili beans (spicy beans, toms, onions, celery,) cheese (HEA)
Evening Treat ~ finger of fudge
Dog Walk ~ oh dear, none itwas pouring, but they HATE getting wet so they were not cross
Bike Ride~ no, I got my first lift to work by my Tadpole :T

Green day for me today - didn't write my food down before I ate itfingers crossed..
B - Weetabix, milk, banana (Heb&a)
L - leftover mac cheese and a bit of ham (4 syns)
T - Sw chips(loads) & chicken (heb) beetroot, oil, (3 syns)
S - crisps (4.5) 3 milkybar buttons (2)
Not too bad, 13.5 syns, luckily I didn't have bread with my chips :drool:
had a sneaky weigh in this morning (we have weigh club at work on a weds) and haven't lost a single ouncebut i'll keep keeping on... hopefully it'll all miraculously fall off on Sunday (after the pizza i'm having tomorrow

Children - I have one who took nearly 2 years to conceive for her dad to walk out after 6 weeks saying he couldn't cope. Erm thanks then!!!
I did indeed get through my wanting to binge albeit I did have a bacon egg and Tom sauce sandwich so 2 syns And my hexb
Which means once mini Mildredd is asleep I can have some skips or a freddo woooo
My food diary
Breakfast - 1/2 a pineapple
Nas squash
Lunch -melon and strawberries
bacon and egg sandwich 2 syns
Cuppa tea - 1 syn
Dinner - roast chicken, roast sweet potato, red onion, red pepper and carrots (I actually love this dinner- spray and throw in oven)
Syns - 3
Going to have a brew and a freddo I think push the syns up to 9Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Good evening fellow challengers (and anyone else too)
1st WI tomorrow night but not sure how it will go. Last nite ended up with an unplanned buttered bagel. Ooops....
But, let's keep it going. Have had 2 x 2 mile walks so far so at least Im getting some body magic done.

Hopefully you'll still have a decent loss. I'm assuming you'd used all your syns before you succumbed to the bagel.:( It may not have caught up with you yet, so perhaps you can cut back on syns a bit to compensate.Not expecting a loss tomorrow at all.

It's understandable beanie, empty nest is hard.WI for me tomorrow too. I've had two flexi meals this week so syns well over. Hopefully next week will be better. Only one 'uncontrollable' meal that I'm aware of, so far....
