    Hi all,

Haven't caught up on the weekend's posts yet, will do that in a minute but just wanted to say hi. Weekend away in France and the wedding were fantastic, loved every minute of it. Also got lots of compliments about my dress (told people I'd bought it 2 sizes too small and slimmed into it but not that it was £10 in the Primark sale ;) ) and how I looked - quite a few people hadn't seen me for a while, and the groom's parents who we haven't seen since our wedding 2 years ago actually didn't recognise me and apologised later that they said hello to OH but not me when we bumped into them at the airport - think they thought he'd got another woman!. Was ok foodwise when I had the choice, but as most of it was laid on choice wasn't really a option that often and the food was AMAZING, plus there was plenty of wine flowing! Didn't go mad but was delayed getting back on Monday so missed WI, and even though was meant to be having a fast day it got to the point where I was so tired and fed up with travelling I said s*d it and stuffed myself :o Had a fast day yesterday instead and got weighed this morning which suggests I'm a couple of pounds up from last week which is fine, much better than I feared. A couple more fast days before next Mon and being sensible in between should sort that out. Got the WOTY thing on Sunday as well so want to be well on track by then.

Hope everyone is ok and doing well :)

    Morning all,

    Cream krackered here today :(

Having a bad week with PMT - had a good cry last night and now just feel a bit drained and tired.

After my cry went on the rampage and had two crackerbread with a slice of half fat cheese with Branston at 11pm !!!!!!!!!!!! Not good at all.

Weigh in day for me tomorrow. Really must stop jumping on and off the scales but I just can't resist. On Sat I was 13.11 - yesterday I was 14.0 - who knows what I will be tomorrow!

If that's the best you can do for a rampage then you're doing fine!:rotfl:Hope you're feeling a bit brighter later.

Unlike some of the early birds on here:eek: I'm far more of a night owl. When getting to target I often had an attack of munchies late at night. I'd do a JP with cottage cheese and beetroot. Yum!! I'm much more a savoury person and that would hit the spot.

Glad the wedding went well Blodwen and what a laugh you being taken for a 'new woman'.;) Interesting what you said about the dress. I went to two weddings last autumn: one in a Tesco dress and another in one from Sainsbury's sale. So losing weight is officially money saving!!

Today I'm being angelic. EE plan:
B: NAS squash, HEB porage, HEB milk
L: HM lentil and veg soup
D: chicken stir fry (courgettes, mange tout, mushrooms, carrot, beansprouts, spring onions) with rice
Syns: spoon of syrup then two of honey in stir-fry sauce
