Back on track today
B: Muller
L: Spinach salad with chicken, boiled eggs and 2 Baby Bel Light (HE)Bacon, spinach, courgettes, mushroom, onion & peppers, brown rice
S: Pineapple & Hartleys 10 cal Jelly
Have moved my WI day to a thurs and was delighted to get a lovely new consultant. I learn so much more in one night with her than I did with the other one in 20 weeks!0 -
I'm back from my amazing weekend in Wales and even helped with milking the goats again! I can't believe I left all that behind 27 years ago. How I miss it...
I have to report I didn't consider SW more than once! It was beer every evening, chocolate Guinness cake for pudding both nights and ex-DH cooked the roast in gallons of sunflower oil.
Today's a new day and back on it before WI on Thursday so I may be able to claw back a little.
To be totally honest, I'd rather put on a whole stone than have missed that weekend.Making magic with fabricLight travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0 -

Hi folks. I am very motivated just now so hopefully this will last. I plan to try and get 2lbs per week from now until Christmas. I've been watching the Australian Biggest Loser over the weekend whenever I get a minute. 67 episodes and I am at 25 just now. So powerful for motivating me. They had had lots of motivational speakers on and the obstacles some of these folks overcome is awe inspiring. Makes me want to carry on.So today I have had:
B- Toast and banana
Snack- nectarine and satsuma
L- pasta n sauce and half a melon
Snack- shape yoghurt
Dinner- will be roast Ham, boiled pots, carrots and broccoli ( Yum)
Will have an aero mousse and pkt LF crisps later. I am going to do some skipping and see how long I can last- probs about 1.5 minutes :rotfl:. Be good folks xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
Currently CC £23,674.36 /£14,895.41/£14315.42
Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.000 -
Another fan of Thursday WIs here! I always save my syns so I can have a 'naughty' weekend. That way despite the synful weekend I'm still within the total and then have my 3 (my WI is first thing in the morning) 'good' days before being weighed. Somehow just one evening before the weekend seems easy to cope with.
I'm not one of those people who weighs and then goes to the chippy as I've got a whole week to catch up. I've known people like that and they featured it on that TV programme last week. Surprisingly common apparently.0 -

This made me giggle, I could tell you were Scotish before I even looked at your location
I feel very liberated at the moment. It's great to be 'on a diet' but not feeling like I'm 'on a diet'. I'm really excited about my Curly Wirly I'm having as my treat tonight. I've NEVER done it this way, and I'm anxious, but trusting the plan
I do go by my clothes too Maman, and I got my jeans on yesterday. They were still tight, and everything was spilling over the top, but I had a baggy jumper on so you couldn't tellbut they are a size 12 so I can't be that huge
