Good morning everyone
Well done on the fab loss becks! Congrats beanie that's brilliant news.
Hoping to have a good day today, my plan (green day) is as follows:
B: One egg omelette with half a tomato and a mushroom, dry fried.
Skinny cappuccino as HEA, porridge with strawberries (made with water, HEB)
L: Salad with quinoa and low fat cottage cheese (incs broccoli, tomato, peppers and salad leaves too)Veggie (black eyed beans, peppers, mushrooms, onion, courgette) chilli with brown rice, veg cooked in frylight, slice of melon
Snacks - apple, peach, 10 almonds (HEB), fat free natural onken yoghurt with blueberries.
Does that sound ok? Lots of water too obviously!My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

lillian - a one egg omlette for breakfast doesn't sound very much at all! If I have omlette it has to be 3 eggs!
Your day looks pretty good with plenty of veggies.

I have been nominated as the Woman of the Year  :rotfl:
Congratulations beanie - that nomination is very well deserved :jI'm back from my weekend away. I had all sorts of stuff that I shouldn't have and ended up feeling bloated yesterday. I'm finding that eating rubbish really doesn't agree with me. I'm OK with the odd bag of crisps but can't manage too much. I've done a food shop this morning and replenished the fresh veg so I'm OK for the week. I've not been to WI for a couple of weeks. My jeans tell me I'm doing OK, so confident I'm still in target range.
I completely agree with you Maman - after having eaten healthily for so long now as soon as I eat fatty/junk food it upsets my system
I am a lurker on this forum and post very rarely - mainly because as I am at target and don't go to a group, I don't feel that I have any valuable help to offer you all. I will just say that whenever I have posted, there has always been someone (and usually several people) here to help.
Welcome to all newbies , congratulations to all those with losses - whether they are big or small :T - and hugs to all those who need them :grouphug:0 -
Hello all,
I'm afraid I'm guilty of not being around much lately, partly because I felt like a bit of a fraud because I'm not strictly following SW, but with work and everything else (for that read the bloody house! ) I often only get to skim read. The problem I find is that since you can only multiquote 3 posts at a time I lose track of things I want to reply to, and since the thread is moving so fast at the moment if something is on another page my memory doesn't stretch back that far. Sorry peeps, I will make more of an effort so if anyone does have any questions I will, as an old-timer, try and reply
That's fab Becks, any tips you can share? Well done on your nomination Beanie, am sure you'll walk itAlso great loss for you kjm, well done
Frogga - it's fine to post if you need support, that's what we're here for (although I tend to be the opposite and hide if I've been 'naughty') but I have to say, if you ask for advice and don't take it then ask for advice again then people are going to grow weary of it. Please don't think I'm being harsh here but you have asked for people's opinions on how much you're eating, especially fruit, a few times before and each time people have given their view (I know I have) but - and again I'm sorry if this comes out as harsh - if you don't change anything nothing will change (i.e. weight loss) and coming back here and asking the same thing again won't help, you'll only get the same responses. In fact I said this exact thing last time, getting a bit of deja vu! You said that either food is free or it's not but although that's what SW like to propagate, it simply isn't true - free foods are free IN MODERATION, even fruit and veg, All foods have a calorific value so nothing is truly free, so they all add up. The bingeing thing is a different matter- we all have the urge and occasionally give in and I do feel for you, but as Maman said it may get it out of your system, just get straight back on and don't let it derail you.
LOL at Magicbucks liquid tea :rotfl:
Another 2lb off for me his week to get my 6.5 stone award and also got WOTY - was a bit embarrassing actually as am not keen on being centre of attention, then to top it off the SOTW hadn't stayed and I was next so got to take the fruit basket home, way too much spotlight for one night! My class and leader are lovely though and I couldn't have got to where I am without them. 9lb to get to (first) target - 2 more WIs until wedding in France then after that another 5 until holiday so going to do my best to hit it before hols.
Non-fast day for me but menu is still accidentally fairly SW minded:
B: Porridge, banana, raisins
L: Low fat super noodles and sandwich thin
T: Whatever is in the tupperware box that came out of the freezer this moring - will be either chilli or bolognese- then the appropriate carb to go with it!
S: Cereal bar, some form of chocolate

On the contrary, I would say that as someone who has got to target and pretty much stayed there you probably have a lot of helpful info you could impart in the same way that Maman is helpful in saying how she did it and showing us the perspective of maintaining. I for one would be interested in any tips since I hope to be in your position soon!2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Same is true of me too beanie, plus I enjoy chatting to the lovely people on here.:A I go to group every two to three weeks for the same reason plus it gives me the online access. I could go it alone but......
I had Shreddies for breakfast (HEA andand I'm going out for a flexi lunch (probably a baguette:o) but tonight's supper will be SW friendly. I'm planning a chicken stir-fry with coriander rice. A spoonful of honey in the sauce but shared with DH won't be too synful. And then I can always snack on my frittata if I'm hungry. Having one of those in the fridge is sooo useful.
P.S. Congratulations to you and Blodwen on WOTY. It's usually given for the most inspirational members so that's just about right!!:)0
