After my first week back on plan and I have lost 4lbs, i'm pleased with that. I am still running most days so i'm hoping that will help too.
I'm going to have a read through this thread now and see how everyone else is doing.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
Lol, Frogga!!!!!!! You & I are SOOO alike! My scales also say a 2lb gain & I've got WI in the morning so I'm just drinking squash all day. Fruit salad for brekkie, salad at the pub tonight (that was carp arranging by me - the night before WI?!) & no lunch (yes I know, but my choice) - putting DD to bed just now I fancied something nice & naughty for lunch (ie full cooked brekkie with sw chips) then remembered0

Hi all
Can I please rejoin? Used to do SW after I had DS but the weight has crept back on since I stopped.
So I weighed myself on the snazzy machine at the gym this morning, and my details are:
Weight - 74kg
Height - 5' 7"
BMI - 25
Body Fat - 27.3%
Body Fat Mass - 20.4kg
So the body fat is OK I think but the BMI is higher than I'd like, as is my weight.
Will mainly be doing green days. Today is a bit skewed as we're finishing leftovers from the week but I'm just having no other syns today in an attempt to balance it out!

Welcome Lillian. kg's mean nothing to me
what's that in st and lb's?
Well, where there's a will there's a way. Borrowed my mum's car and went to sainsbugs. Bought a bounty and a slice of strawberry cheese cake, and an uncut loaf of bread with bits in and a small tub of Lurpack. Oh and 3 bakewell slices but I gave one to the dogs after eating the first 2.
So, gonna have toast, toast and possibly more toast with butter, then I'll throw the tub away so I'm not tempted to have more tomorrow. then I'll have the cheesecake and then the bounty and then I'll

Just caught up on weekend pages. Some very interesting news and views. :Tto all those still plugging away.and now I've got a really bad belly ache. Don't know how that happened
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I feel for you frogga but it could be the blow-out is just what you needed. Sometimes it can shake up the system BUT only if you get back on plan ASAP! If I were you (and we've all been there) I'd plan your meals for the rest of the week and start afresh. I've heard the stuff about fruit too but fortunately I prefer veg anyway.
I'm back from my weekend away. I had all sorts of stuff that I shouldn't have and ended up feeling bloated yesterday. I'm finding that eating rubbish really doesn't agree with me. I'm OK with the odd bag of crisps but can't manage too much. I've done a food shop this morning and replenished the fresh veg so I'm OK for the week. I've not been to WI for a couple of weeks. My jeans tell me I'm doing OK, so confident I'm still in target range.
Today's EE food:
B: NAS squash, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: didn't bother, I think I'm living off what I ate at the weekend!HM burger, roasted onion, tomato, pepper, mushroom with SW wedges and peas
Syns: none planned, maybe a square of chocolate with DH later.0 -

Good on you Frogga finish the blowout and start tomorrow with all guns blazing
If you want to give yourself kick start do the super express bit as in 2/3 plate super free stuff I think you'll be pleasantly surprised of you cut back on fruit the impact it will have and last week you were less on the bike than you had been so if you go on every night you'll be amazed how quickly you'll negate the effect .
If I could walk the walk as well as I can talk the talk if be there a long time ago :-) so Frogga ill walk the walk if you cycle the cycle
I should be on the stage .......
There's one leaving in five minutes0
