I am really sorry if it came across as cliquey was not meant at all today I replied to those that were there and there was less postins than norm what's lovely re this thread and this site is there are no cliques just a more the merrier approach and everyone genuinely trying to help everyone else if I've missed responding then my apologies I had a really healthy day scan bran fruit and a FULL bottle of white wine with a pal we had 2 between us so god knows what tomorrows weigh in will look like only plus was there was no food I thought we meeting for dinner did not realise it was liquid. :-) have lovely evening all a slightly squiffy magic bucks x

Evening all, well done to all of the losers, I can happily say I am joining you with a 8.5lb loss in my first week! :j:j Having been at SW before I was never able to get a shiny in my first week and am super proud of myself. I was 100% on plan, and am just going to keep going with eating plenty of fruit and drinking lots of water, I think this helped greatly. I am also keeping off the bread as I don't think it does much for me.

Sorry for the very indulgent post about myself, but I feel so incredibly happy for the first time in weeks.

For those struggling or any newbies, stick to the plan it really does work

I asked for help last week and got no replies :( I've just been plodding along the last few days hoping I'm doing it right.

That's not strictly true. You did have advice when you posted lastTuesday. Mine was to PLAN. It's the best SW advice I can give. If you'd like advice on anything specific then just ask. So, you could write a menu plan for the day and post it and we'll only be too pleased to comment on whether it's SW friendly or how you can tweak it. When I caught up today after my weekend away I saw your other question had answers too.

I posted twice on here and both comments got completed ignored, I understand that the thread moves quickly at times but I fail to see how both were completely missed. When I was on here last year, we always welcomed newbies, answered questions etc where as the thread at the moment seems more like the frogga show.

I can only apologise if that happened. It certainly wasn't intentional. Frogga is having a great big push on SW while she's off work through the school holidays which is why she's able to post so regularly at the moment. We're all trying to support her as we would you. This is one of the most supportive threads on the mse board. Welcome.:)

I've been good all day and stuck to plan. Only syns a single square of chocolate. I made a frittata/Spanish omelette while I was getting supper ready. A quarter eaten already.;)

I'm out for lunch tomorrow, so one flexi meal but then straight back on plan.

Oh dear, yes I can see why you may have felt like that :o I am sorry, I have posted alot. I was in a desparate state yesterday and my continual posts were a bit of a cry for help, of which I must say I got alot.

The others on here do offer help and advice, maybe you need to be more specific in your question? I will try to wind my neck in from now onwards ;)

But have to say 'flipping heck Becks!' What an amazing loss. What would be your top three tips on how you did it? Do you limit your fruit intake? That is something I need to sort out.
