Frogga I agree with both of the above you also know how body weight can change / fluctuate for the most inexplicable reasons

My god I have all the big words out this morning :-)

I know you should not do this but to keep you on the straight and narrow why not weigh yourself tomorrow as a one off just in case

Also have some dandelion tea or the equivalents just in case you retaining water

Frogga one other thing and I have no doubt a load of people will jump down my throat for this but when they say fruit free it still contains natural sugar do if you overdosing on fruit that may not hreason for saying it is when I went to slimming world few years ago I had few weeks where not lost and had been really good and the consultant got me to fill in diary again and said try and replace some if the quantities if fruit with something else and it started coming down again

Like I say I was having an awful lot it may be worth a go

Hi Magic, I expect you're right, it must be the fruit. I'm cross that I've 'wasted' a week by eating fruit instead of chocolate! If I was going to put on 2lb I'd rather have been eating chocolate and really enjoyed it

Yes, I agree Magic - our consultant told a lady at our group that she should cut down a little on grapes, she was eating them constantly and consultant said it was everything in moderation, so perhaps you can have too much fruit Frogga.

So cross, I've totally lost it. I've eaten

    5 pink wafers
    2 choc chip cookies
2 bits of toast and butter
    doritos
    salt and vinegar crisps
whole box of cadburys 'thankyou' choc (they were not that nice)
    curly wirly

think that's it so far. Head is spinning. Haven't got anything in the house that I actually want, haven't got the car so can't go out and buy stuff. Not sure what to do with myself for the rest of the day? Head is totaly spinning with the sugar rush :o Nice one :(

  • OK Frogga

What can I say you have had a blow out - So what

Appreciate you are hacked off - Not maybe othere here will disagree with me but I think yoiu better off doing a big blow out in one hit than lots of mini ones as you more likely to get back on the wagon cos you feel cross peed off etc etc

whenyou just ahave a little bit then you think ah sure what the hell it wasnt that much

Thats if your mentalitry is like mine and from what you sayong re being an all or nothing person then you have done the blowout in best way possible

there is the line its drawn
its an irish line so therte are breaks in it

To everyone else rules are rules to the irish

    They are merely guidelines:p

Pardon the pun but GET ON YER BIKE :rotfl:

listen to Skint Catt do the extra things you knew you did not do last week your usual biking and cut back a bit on the fruit replace with veg or something else -
Maybe even have some scan bran but add an extra POSITIVE in this week whether exercise or a extra item to eat or drink lower the fruit and guess what
I bet you- you will be pleasantly surprised next Monday
