I've eaten HEAPS today, and yet, even though I'm full up, and I might even say quite uncomfy, I could quite happily stuff some chocolate, and ice cream, and cake that's in teh cupboard and, and, and...
Oh well, I'll resist, and go and stuff my face with some good old healthy butter instead
Have a good evening gang xxSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Some pasta and sauces are free or very low syn, sadly not the Tesco own brand.
I think the voucher will mean you don't pay a membership free so £5 (actually £4.95 or similar) on the first night instead of £10. You'll get the introductory talk and books. After that it's £5 a week. I don't use the app but to have access to the on-line site you have to weigh/pay/go to a group regularly. I know that even though I don't pay as a target member, if I miss a few weeks of WI a message comes up telling me my access will stop.
I've recently joined and only paid £9.95 Join Slimming World before the 31st August and get HALF PRICE membership! That’s only £5.00 to join and £4.95 weekly – a total of just £9.95 to pay on your first night - a fabulous saving of £5! From the SW website.
So Day 3 on plan in my first week, it is ok so far. I've just eaten tea and it was syn free and feeling stuffed hopefully this will keep me sorted for the rest of the evening as I tend to graze more at night. I have a small chocolate truffle to eat later which I'm looking forward to so that will be my treat.
I just wish I could 'bottle up' this motivation I have at the moment. I've been here so many times and I know it dwindles after 2 or 3 weeks. I have such a long way to go, but have a mini goal of getting to Club 10 by the end of August. I may well add it to my signature, to keep me going!0 -
well I've just proper pigged out.. pizza, garlic bread, 2 cans of strongbow and a humongous bag of onion rings!!
cant say it was because of the gain I had as that never usually bothers me??.. I suppose its one of those you have to get out of the system then get back on track!
anyway, feel yuk now.. serves me right :rotfl:0 -
Mich City we need to get Frogga to do one of her famous lines for ya underneath it I have mo idea how to draw them
Still look at this way you have a week to weigh day so whole 7 days I am convinced that the day and night f weigh in on you want to pig out more than any other day in the week and you know what?
If you are going to have a binge like the one tonight you picked the best night in terms of our SW cycle :-).
Stating obvious but post weigh of course

+ 0.5 lb this week for me.
Not too bad, considering I found a large fruit cake at the back of my Mums cupboard whilst clearing out for the downsizing, and it would have been rude not to avail myself of it:rotfl:
So extra time on the mountain bike, kettlercise and increased gymtime for me.
Just the local gala to get through - and yes we have a cake stall.Jane 21120 -
Hi all, got a marathon car journey coming up on Saturday. Usually a bag or two of boiled sweets would accompany us but obviously they're full of sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions for replacements ? Sticks of veg etc don't really count as something to suck on to pass the time.
How about some sugar free gum to alternate with the sweets? There are loads of different flavours. Also there are sugar free sweets, although you don't want to have too many of them, (unless you want lots of loo breaks!) but maybe a pick & mix of all these would get you through that 300 miles!0 -
