Magic you have our permission to eat the cake. And more.
I've just asked the rest of the gang and they all agree. Go home, and eat as much as you want. It's not naughty, it's not a sin, you're not being bad. If you want to stuff your face you may go and do it. You have our permission.
Now go and see how much you're not bothered about doing it now you know you can as you have our permission...
I bet you don't binge tonight. I'd lay money on it. It's no fun when you know you are allowed. I'd bet you're such a rebel, you only want to do it if it's naughty.Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Hi all, got a marathon car journey coming up on Saturday. Usually a bag or two of boiled sweets would accompany us but obviously they're full of sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions for replacements ? Sticks of veg etc don't really count as something to suck on to pass the time.0

Maman unfortunately a Monday is the only choice open to me at the minute. Unless I go online membership - but then that might be the slippery slope to quitting for me.
Lunch was sushi as I forgot my lunch - the whole pack was only 250 cals so surely that can't be bad. Had some pineapple as well.
Off to Tesco now...................the joys!!0 -
Had a quick look through but can t see this posted.
In Bella magazine this week there is free slimming world membership until 26th august.0 -

Some pasta and sauces are free or very low syn, sadly not the Tesco own brand.
I think the voucher will mean you don't pay a membership free so £5 (actually £4.95 or similar) on the first night instead of £10. You'll get the introductory talk and books. After that it's £5 a week. I don't use the app but to have access to the on-line site you have to weigh/pay/go to a group regularly. I know that even though I don't pay as a target member, if I miss a few weeks of WI a message comes up telling me my access will stop.0
