tinofpeas - I'm surprised at how 'ok' I'm finding it actually! I've never been a runner (even in school although I was super-fit) & at over 6 stone overweight I honestly thought I'd kill myself, but it's surprisingly doable but hey, it's only the first week! I run indoors on a treadmill as I'm not brave enough to venture outside yet.
I also resemble a tomato - hubby nearly died laughing the first time he realised what I was doing :o

Ditto - when I came in last Sunday, OH was fussing around me, are you ok? whats the matter?

I was like I'm fine I just look like this when I'm finished - just get me a drink!!!

I'm doing mine outside, I'm sure people watching must think I'm mad, running, stop, running, stop! But I'm using run keeper at the same time, and I can see the distance improving run by run - but keep scaring my self by looking at the weeks ahead and thinking :eek::eek:

Ha ha! I've only looked briefly at the weeks ahead, but just concentrating on doing this week's runs at the mo - I'll worry about next weeks next week!
  • EE Day today.

B: 2 slices 400g toast (HEB), 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices extra lean bacon.
    S: Nope...
    L: Nope...
T: Slow cooked lamb, salad, SF humous, rice and one pitta bread (6 syns)
P: Strawberries and 0% vanilla yoghurt and two amaretti biscuits (3 syns)

Drinks: mint tea, lemon tea, water and black tea.
Exercise: Pure cardio & cardio abs.

I'm really struggling to eat more during the day. I always have this problem when I start SW (& other diets) with exercise- my appetite just seems to disappear. I don't think it'll do me any good on the scales though and sadly that's what really matters at the moment because of the IVF. Seeing other peoples meal plans is helping though so thanks!

I went to Aldi for the first time the other day- their bacon tastes amazing and some things were quite cheap so I may go for things like fish, cheese and bacon. I enjoy online shopping at Asda too much though to really convert myself to shopping around (I HATE food shopping)... though I'm sure my ever growing debts would thank me!

    Hello Everyone

I have just rejoined SW so have subscribed to this thread to keep myself motivated!

I was at SW throughout 2011/2012 and lost almost 3 stone but since then the weight has been creeping back on. I need to take control again as I have almost put all of the weight back on :-(

Nice to see some familiar faces, and look forward to chatting to you all.

Pay to park at Aldi
That would irritate me no end.

The one in the next town to me has a Pay & Display car park but you get your money back at the till when you pay. I wonder why that doesn't happen there.

I know it's hard to eat when you're not hungry, maybe you'll settle into the plan soon. I'd say you need more fruit and veg. When the weather was hot I went right off having lunch. Maybe you could just keep easy things to hand like satsumas and bananas and just force one down. I'm not recommending my slothfulness:o, but I got to target with no more exercise than a bit of walking and one (easy) dance class a week. Perhaps you're pushing yourself too much on the exercise? :)
