I haven't logged on in ages, but have been trying to read and keep up with you all. Felt I had to say something when I heard about Soulie
my thoughts and prayers are definitely with her family just now. Such a sad thing to hear

I had my shopping trip today but to a$da not the shops. I rarely shop there and picked up some new pjs and a dressing gown
plus had a browse in the food aisles. The day seems to have disappeared with no stitching managed but I've got a stitchy day planned for Monday and hopefully I will fit some in tomorrow as well.
The news about Soulie is still sinking in and is still a shock. Despite the anonymity of this forum, we are a close knit bunch and I do feel close to all of you even though we have never met ! and I don't know your real names! I think it would be nice to stitch something in memory of Soulie, my personal preference is something Pooh/Tigger/Eeyore themed as I know she was a fan and I remember how she outbid me on a Tigger kit on ebay!
Chicky I hope to see you in the Cafe again soon. I miss your posts and hearing about how your two little ones are doing. I guess they are not so little anymore?!0 -

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to add my condolences following the news of Soulie. I didn't know her as I'm fairly new to the cafe, but judging by the tributes left so far, she was obviously a lovely person.
Love

No updates from me, the only stitching I've managed all week is half a snowman, going to go sort the threads out and get started on my exchange piece.

hi ladies, sorry for being awol for so long, and sorry that bad news has dragged me back.
I just wanted to add my sadness to the voices here. I know I havnt been around much, basically as I havn't been stitching much, but I have lurked now and again. I am so very sad to hear the news about Soulie (Thank you Chicky for telling us in the fb cafe). It's just heartwrenching, she was so young and after what she and her family went through with her brother it must be devastating for them.
I do hope I havn't missed anything else that i really should have sent love, hugs or whatever for xxxRelax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23. Frugal Living Challenger. I have finished 3 out of 6 names, spent the weekend keeping busy with collecting for the poppy appeal yesterday and Remembrance Parade and catching up with old friends today.
