Aldi Facebook Page Kicking Off after Parking Eye LBAs

Bumpity bump.and finally a "fob off" reply !! and the use of the word "fine"
My reply to my generic complaint regarding using parking eye to manage their car parks also resulted in this fob off.
It is clearly apparent that Aldi care more for deterring the few non-customers who may dare to use their car park (even though planning may allow for this) then alienating genuine customers by imposing punitive parking charges which do not represent any GPEOL and are therefore both unlawful and unenforceable.
"Thank you for your Facebook message regarding parking at your local Aldi store and we were sorry to hear of the problems experienced.
We employ Parking Eye to manage a number of our car parks throughout the UK. It is important to us that we protect our company resources, such as car parks, so that they are safeguarded for use by our customers. Our stores are extremely busy, and it is disappointing for customers when they are unable to find a parking space because someone who is not an Aldi shopper has chosen to use the car park while visiting the local area. Parking Eye are an independent company and we have every confidence that Parking Eye act appropriately and within the law on all occasions, however if you would like to appeal the fine please contact Parking Eye directly at www.parkingeye.co.uk.

Strange as my complaint was of a generic nature regarding how they justify using parking eye and how many customers Aldi are now losing. I also requested confirmation that parking eye have not breached planning regulations and are paying business rates and how they can determine a genuine customer by imposing a time restriction on parking.
I have subsequently now received another email from Rachel Organ of the carpark management team who is very keen to discuss my complaint further and apparently attempted to telephone me on my transposed telephone number.0 -
