I was going to say the same lolWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Just spotted this new post on the aldi fb page...Nigel Phillips
Aldi and their parking bandits are trying to rip me off over 19 minutes past their time limit! My disabled mother in law is fuming and will never be taken their again - anyone else had this farce?

And yet another one has just popped up:-
Another complaint about ParkingEye.
Having switched to doing our weekly shop at Aldi a couple of months ago we have been very happy with the price and quality of produce. However yesterday as the registered keeper of the car I received a notice from ParkingEye for overstaying the time limit.
Firstly ParkingEye are doing nothing to help parking in this car park, as they just use cameras on the entrance and exit. People without children use the parent and child spaces making it very hard for parents to find a space large enough to remove a baby from the car. Secondly you are hitting customers who are spending significant amounts of money on weekly shops with these charges. I don't believe anyone who didn't shop at Aldi would want to park in this car park.
I can only see your association with this company and its actions will drive away customers you have worked hard to attract. If getting this charge cancelled requires going to POPLA I will not be shopping at Aldi again.
You should also be aware it can take a long time to find a place in this car park as it is so small and people are often delayed from leaving by the construction traffic from next door and the rubbish collections that take place in front of the entrance/ exit.
To reiterate I will take whatever action is necessary to have this charge cancelled, but if I'm forced to waste my time going to POPLA neither I, as the registered keeper, or the driver will be shopping at Aldi again. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
He seems to have some knowledge of the system, so hopefully he'll get through it quite easily on his own to a POPLA win.
A well formulated post, which adds a little bit of extra pressure on Aldi to award PE the order of the boot. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

And here we go again, proving the indiscriminate nature of the ANPR system used by PE at Aldi locations and the fact that PE do anything but 'Car Park Management'.And another complaint with Aldi and Parking Eye!
What's going on with Aldi and Parking eye? If you want to keep your customers get rid of Parking Eye!
Having received a parking fine through the post following my weekly shop at Aldi I was infuriated especially as it was only 12 minutes over the limit. I had my son with me who is Autistic and he has a blue badge. As if it's not difficult enough getting him out of the house and then having to watch his every move, only to find out I had been sent a £100.00 fine for 12 mins overstay! It's outrageous as well as extortionate. Any parent who cares for their disabled child whilst trying to contend with their weekly shop deserves a medal not a fine!
Get it sorted please. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

A right nutter has now popped up on there. This is a sample of the nonsense he's spouting:-
I've lost count of the amount of ccj's I've had, both council and private. The liability order only lasts a year. I have never paid a single parking ticket. On my youtube channel I have documented most of my tickets from beginning to end. Using different methods to beat them. I have only ever had 3 visits from bailiffs claiming to be sent by the courts, and they where for to different parking tickets. I filmed them both times and you will see that they left with nothing. I have letters from the council and private parking firms, canceling tickets and promising never to contact me again about the ticket. I have phone calls to bailiffs who tell me they have handed the tickets back to the council, and so on and so forth. Wow - I've just read that drivel !!!!!!
A challenge to Daniel Bostock - come on here and argue your methods please.0 -
and finally a "fob off" reply !! and the use of the word "fine"
Thank you for your query regarding the parking at the Aldi store in Gillingham. I’m afraid that the parking regulations will not be changed during the Christmas period, However if you were to go over the allotted time allowed and was to receive a parking fine, we would advise you to keep your receipt as this is your proof of having been in the store and your ticket will be rescinded as a result of this.
We employ Parking Eye to manage a number of our car parks throughout the UK. It is important to us that we protect our company resources, such as car parks, so that they are safeguarded for use by our customers. Our stores are extremely busy, and it is disappointing for customers when they are unable to find a parking space because someone who is not an Aldi shopper has chosen to use the car park while visiting the local area.
Parking Eye is an independent company and we have every confidence that Parking Eye act appropriately and within the law on all occasions, however if you do need to a fine please contact Parking Eye directly at www.parkingeye.co.uk.
Kind regards
