How is the battle going on at the moment? Are the facebook page owners doing a rubbish job at removing the constructive criticism of Aldi's parking partners?

We have Aldi's favourite groupie (hi Sarah!) defending Aldi to the hilt over PE issuing all those court papers.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Makes you wonder if Sarah works for Aldi or Parking Eye, and hence has a vested interest in getting people to pay up.

I think that she and that Mike McDonald fellow are having an affair. Well they've just agreed on something at last.

I wonder if she'll cook him dinner? :D
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

fired off an email yesterday asking what plans they have in place for the busy xmas period to stop me being targetted by the PE camera's

explained it often takes 15 minutes to find a free parking space when its busy , then 40-50 minutes to shop , then up to 15 minutes to pay at the busy Xmas , then 10 minutes to pack my food . Told them I will dump the trolley FULL of frozen food and booze at the tills as they insist on 1 hour only for parking

wating to see if I get a template "PR" reply or a genuine answer

Another couple of Aldi "ex-customers" on the FB site with Christmas cards from our chums, one dared, yes dared to overstay 33 seconds ! Scandalous, what is the world coming to ...

The other 'penalised' for spending £230 in the store.

Usual PR response/drivel of course ...

Update: Make that FOUR ex-customers ... busy day today !!
