Hey, Mickey Mac, I notice your dinner date is handing out some spelling and grammar lessons on Aldi FB.
Aldi are you now employing Sarah Smith to do grammar corrections in posts? if so,I must inform you that either a, she is victimizing certain people or
b, she is not doing her job correctly as she is missing a few.
Either way I think it highly offensive to the person posting that she does this --they are not schoolchildren

I hope you measure up to her micro examination of minutiae. I expect you'll be in for some riveting discussions on the rights and wrongs of the split infinitive and the moronic interrogative.

    Three cheers for Sarah! :T

fired off an email yesterday asking what plans they have in place for the busy xmas period to stop me being targetted by the PE camera's

explained it often takes 15 minutes to find a free parking space when its busy , then 40-50 minutes to shop , then up to 15 minutes to pay at the busy Xmas , then 10 minutes to pack my food . Told them I will dump the trolley FULL of frozen food and booze at the tills as they insist on 1 hour only for parking

wating to see if I get a template "PR" reply or a genuine answer

    and still no reply

As happens so many times when somebody on a forum tries to correct someone else's spelling and grammar, a poster over on the Aldi FB page has pointed out that Sarah Smith's posts and so-called "corrections" are equally full of mistakes. Oh the irony!

They will reply if you post them a ranting letter to the Swindon address. Go to town with a real tirade. They deserve it.

Their staff who reply for Aldi Stores, e.g. Laura and Rachel, are actually called 'ParkingEye Assistants'. You couldn't make it up could you!

ALDI YOU ARE A SUPERMARKET NOT PARKINGEYE's ASSISTANTS!!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well, well, well - not only do we get Parking Eye stooges, it appears Aldi are up to it as well. The latest responses to a Parking Eye thread on the Facebook page have been challenged by someone called Amanda ( apparently we might hurt Laura or Rachel's feelings by naming them ..... didums ! ). A birdy tells me that Amanda works for Aldi :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I see that Sarah's now being grumpy with Aldi. Apparently she can't get past the pallets blocking the aisles, has even taken photos.

Hope she isn't delayed getting back to her car
