I'm sure Aldi don't see them as negative comments. Surely as a customer facing organisation they would view them as constructive criticism?

Dropped to page 2 !!!! I'd hate to give hope to the Parking Eye spies that it was disappearing ! Strange how they are too gutless to post ! I'm sure when Capita carry out their standard redundancy process to cut heads they'll feel slightly differently ( and it WILL happen PE ! ). Move over while you can !

We could do with another lawyer on here - we've got one retired lawyer, we'd also then have one unemployed lawyer.

There'd need to be a probationary period and for very close mentoring and monitoring by Daisy to make sure the new recruit is any good before dishing out any legal advice. Won't come with an outstanding record in that department :)

Don't be so MEAN! I am sure our Rach is a competent lawyer.... deep down... underneath all the layers of crud that PE have heaped on her....

Anyway, with any luck, the steady stream of complaints to the SRA will eventually lead to a formal investigation of the practices and procedures of PE's legal department. :j :j :j
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.
