because someone who is not an Aldi shopper has chosen to use the car park while visiting the local area.

I have two words to Aldi on that :

    Aldi Portslade

And yes, I know I'm getting tiresome using that store as an example :p

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Its highly possible that the planning consent allowed for this.

Are these your posts, that have been deleted?
I'm rather surprised Weber Shandwick ( Aldi's PR company ) haven't commented yet - does this mean they've finally realised that people aren't so stupid as to contact Aldi customer services ?
Oh, nice bit of changing what I said there Aldi or should I say Weber Shandwick !!!! I suggested that contacting customer services WASN'T what Linda should do. This is for two reasons - one, it doesn't cost Parking Eye £32 and two, because Aldi have broken the Equality Act. You do know that the Equality Act is the law don't you ? Are you really condoning the breaking of the law ? STOP BEING SILENT !!!! The hijack of this Facebook Page will continue until the scammers Parking Eye are removed from your car parks.

I was trying to like them and it wouldn't let me, so copied and pasted them. ;)
