Can you whoever posts on facebook stop using the nazi term, its offensive, and it makes us look like complete tw*ts who are out of touch! If you want to argue over there do it on the issue at hand instead of throwing personal insults at people!

    Entirely agree.

Yes - the case against exorbitant parking charges is a strong one and hyperbole is unnecessary.

I can assure you it wasn't me - I might be on my forth ( or is it fifth ) incarnation on there and I've locked horns with Sarah constantly BUT I haven't accused anyone of being a Nazi ( or even used the word on there ).

Really people? The phrases grammar nazi and parking nazi are both in regular use and I have seen them used on this and other forums regularly.

They are in no way an accusation of someone being a Nazi, or comparing them to Nazis, but a term used to describe someone who is overzealous in the application of the rules.

Whilst the Aldi thread got out of hand I am (or maybe not) surprised at the hypocrisy of certain posters on here who have "liked" the posts on Aldi yet come here to decry it when things have gone tits up.

The thread on Aldi's page has been deleted and apologies, for any offence caused, issued.

So you are calling me a hypocrite for pointing this out yes? I have not liked a single post that attacks someone on here or there! So you know what you can do with your unfounded accusations! When I post on Facebook or here it's reasoned and it's meant to be debated or taken as advice!

I am not going to say any more on this, just that calling people a nazi in any form is not acceptable!

Well as I am the one who raised the issue on here , you can see why I commented on your post. The fact is we are fighting parking eye and others, we shouldn't be using terms that lessons our fight against these companies. And as Aldi are a German company it can be interpreted that not only we are against parking eye but them because of where the company comes from.

This is about the practices of an international company, and an unethical parking company, nothing more !
