  • At this time of year, it's likely that Aldi will block their fire exits with empty banana boxes. Keep those photo's coming in, and copy in the local fire department.

And if things are panning out as they appear ASDA need to be on the receiving end, if they have taken on Parking eye as their agents infesting their car parks and harassing their customers.

Is this for all sites? Our seems bereft of ppc, maybe something to look forward to.

and copy in the local fire department.
... if you happen to be in the USA, otherwise your local fire brigade (or fire & rescue service, or whatever term they use) will do.

The only days our local Asda has problems on are the run ups to Xmas, Easter and Cup final days so its pretty much a pointless exercise. Did see some very bad parking at the Lidl the other day but these were contractors working but they don't seem to get tickets.

1st of all if you use another persons land without paying or using a business services you deserve to get clamped and maybe car removed . HOWEVER...... ALDI and Parking Eye are in bed together of sorts.
Vote with what hurts them MOST , YOUR MONEY you wallet !
Boycot ALDI is be far you best feeling you will ever get, trust me . Write to there customer services and say your shopping at Lidols or ASDA . It will not get out of the fine if you threw it but ALDI real loss will be £10,000 minimum over your lifetime ., count inflation and with my spend it £60,000 loss of revenue. Thats how I got done as it took me 97 mins
    Im off to Lidols

That would be illegal. Clamping and towing have been banned for years.

Whether you ‘deserve’ it or not, clamping is illegal in the circumstances you describe.
It will not get out of the fine
It’s not a ‘fine’! But the charge imposed by PE at Aldi can be overturned if an appeal is made either to PE with a copy of a receipt, bank or cc statement showing spend of £30 or more or via Aldi HQ Parking Department. You can also get POPLA to cancel it.

To also note, that despite PE being the country's most litigious car park operator, they have never sued an Aldi customer.
Boycot ALDI is be far you best feeling you will ever get,

The customer is always king (or queen) and this sanction remains open to anyone.

  • Hi Hope you are all well.
I'm after some advice I hope you can help.
OK So ages ago i Belive in 2015 I received ticket for car park but my surname was misspelled so I ignored the letter and all letters which arrived after that.
Today I did my credit Score and it came up that I've got County Court Judgment STATUS "Active" and to pay £369 at County Court Business Centre the Judgment date was on 24/11/2017 so over a month ago :( So I as read in previous posts I can't apply to be removed now from my credit score ?
    1. My Surname is misspelled is that matter can I make claim that the letters wasn't in my name ?
    2. Can I appeal now or I have to pay ?
    3. Is there any chance they can remove my name after I pay the fine
    Please Help Thank you

You need to start your own thread to get advice.

First read up on set aside - you have misunderstood the previous posts you have read After a successful set aside the ccj gets removed from all records
