So these are legal specialists? lol They can't even spell, so I wonder how they would perform in court.

I like their website. I imagine all those "beautiful people" do actually work for the company and are not just stock photographs. And where on earth do they get that " 150yrs of car park management experience to draw from between us" come from?

Well, I started this thread. I posted number 1,000 comment, now I've got number 2,000. Looking forward to post number 3,000.

    I'll be back :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Please may I play, too?

I spy with my little eye, something that's 'persistant '

and 'from that will decided whether or not to proceed'

and 'We Start to add our fees at this stage and is the only negotiable part'

and 'high court' lower case, as befits this ordure

and 'This enables us to distrain (cease) goods '

    and 'bailif '

and 'siezing' [new legislation counters this, but what's a little detail here or there between friends?]

rounding off with a nice 'untill '.

'damges' is a golden double, BOGOF?
