Now I see on the Aldi page that one of the sycophantic Aldi supporters (always there to support Onesie) received a parking charge from PE elsewhere. lol She says that had it not been cancelled she would have happily gone to court. :rotfl:

I received a "fine" from pe ( not at Aldi ) sorted out without going to court - even though I was technically in the wrong.
If these charges are not legally enforceable, then go to court as they seem to ultimately be overturned.
