Poor Parking Eye, another loss in court?
Another bump from page the third.0 -
Its new masters would be most miffed if they were dome for perjury. I would wonder, if I were them, if I had seen the correct book of accounts when bought. Not that any PPC would cook the books of course.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Two PE comments this morning. The first pro PE commentors.

Page three? I think not. So just a reminder that...
ParkingEye infest many Aldi car parks.
Aldi are more than happy with ParkingEye giving their customers 'Fines' that they could never justify under GPEOL.
Weber/Shandwick are incorrect when they say customer services are best placed to deal with this.
And finally if you'd forgotten.
Shona Hegarty is still the Operations Co-Ordinator at Parking Eye:j0 -
And "Sarah Smith" and "Philip South" or whatever name she is going by this week has some connection to Parking Eye.0

Hello ParkingEye. Hello Aldi. Hello Weber/Shandwick. Did you really think I'd let this stay on page 2.
And hello Shona Hegarty and the lovely Rachel Ledson.0 -
Bit quiet last few days but this popped up today.
'My local council wrote me today with details of the retrospective planning application your people just submitted (Jan 2014) for the ANPR cameras that have been operating ever since I can remember at Aldi car-park, Mold. Will this effect folks who have already paid up for past parking charges?'
Aldi's response. Aldi UK Hi John, we ask that you get in touch with our customer services team regarding any queries you may have about parking. They are best placed to assist. Thanks, Aldi UK Facebook Team0 -

Or what they mean:
Hi John we really don't want to answer that query or anything to do with Parking Eye so contact customer services and we will fob you off some more.
Behind it could be:
Parking Eye have requested that we apply to planning that parking times be reduced - it is in our sodding contract that they can alter the parking restrictions and that we can't even talk about for confidentiality clauses bind us for 5 years afterwards.0 -
Or what they mean is:
Hi John, we are a mere PR company so any real queries please speak with customer services so any emails can be ignored0
