That was always the goal of POFA, the big piggies have seen what the little piggies were doing.
Buying yachts and horses for daughters and they though We'll have that thank you.
Over the next 12 months these small fries will be getting reeled in and dispensed.
There is a reason they have been turning a blind eye to VAT avoidance.
They have a great big hook in your backside.

FOI request and complaint of planning consent breech sent.
    Another for my hit list.

Interested to hear what reply you get from the council. Currently appealing an 'invoice' for overstay at POPLA - used this car park for years and don't remember anything about the reduction from 2hrs to 90mins.

Been following posts & advice from the forum for my appeal, so thanks to everyone for their contributions. :)

The council will ignore you, they like the scammers I think.
You can however after making the correct approaches in writing about planning breech write to the Local Government ombudsman who will award you £125 compensation.
    Be happy...;)
  • With all the 'Outing' of Aldi/Parking Eye supporters on facebook. Let's not forget Philip South, who quietly sneers at the Anti-PE posters.
It's a big hello to new poster Angie Perky who has joined the fight against PE.
One post today caught my eye.

'Aldi UK, it is great to see you have your priorities right in the chesterfield store you are building. Before the shelves are put up and filled, Parking Lie have been out and fitted the cameras. It's obvious which is more profitable all round out of stock or fraudulant parking fines'

They have got their rather twisted priorities right. If the opening of this new store follows the pattern of other store openings, then people will flock there in their thousands, they will take an age to do their shopping, thus going over PE's time limit and generating plenty of their fake fines.

'PPC World' issue disguised penalties that are as wide of the mark as Man Utd's penalties were tonight. I am still laughing! Good old Gus Bus!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
