It's well worth saving that image because it also breaches the Equality Act 2010 of course. As regards paying lip service to disabled customers, they have said 'we can't do anything unless...you supply a Blue Badge' which rules out all the other people with 'protected characteristics' who have been discriminated against by the arbitrary time limit.

Unlawful and discriminatory, Aldi and Parking Eye both, breach of your statutory duties under the EHRC Equality Act Code of Practice (which is law, not advisory).

There's some pretty fierce rattling of the cage over on their FB page at the moment in regard to the £30 'secret clause'.

All be careful when shopping in Keighley Aldi, had my handbag stolen on Sat 30th Nov in store and now told CCTV not working, according to manager crime was against me so nothing else they can do, good job I wasn't hurt or attacked! They didn't even take my name & address until I went back in to check they'd looked at it. If I now get ticket for parking longer will not be impressed, keys stolen so no way to move car until 2nd set retrieved from home. Thanks to customer who helped me, no one from store did!

And you just know exactly what's coming through the post in the next few days.

And if it goes as far as POPLa without support, pleading mitigating circumstances then what?
