This is Sarah Smith IMO , not that I really care if she wants to do that, what she says matters little, people will complain on there despite her moans and aliasesWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Pmsl never noticed that before, thanks for that, wonder why Sarah Smith did that ?
Our friend Sarah seems to have done a disappearing act. Doing a google search of 'Aldi Sarah Smith', I clicked on the second link. Pressing cached I can see her posts.
Accessing the non cached link, Sarah has poofed into the ether.
She has now morphed into Gina, the illiterate Aldi groupie.0 -
Gina Preeky the illiterate Aldi groupie has been unmasked as an anagram.0

It's also an anagram of Angie Perky - another name to grapple with, maybe? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks Aldi i rang your car park helpline number and apparently because i only spent just over £30 i still have to pay the parking charge for going over the time limit which is £70. I understand the car park is small so spaces are limited but this was on a Monday afternoon and the car park was half empty

Peter As you have exhausted the full extent of the customer service dept I now suggest you post on pepipoo.com and Moneysavingexpert.com. When you got through to the not very helpful helpline its quite likely you actually spoke to a parking company worker which explains the rejection of your appeal.

Richard How strange, the SECRET clause in the T&C states spend over £30, not spend lot over £30. Are they making up the rules as they go along, to suit themselves? Seems like it. As above DO NOT PAY, DO NOT IGNORE. Go to Moneysavingexpert.com (Motoring section/Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking) or PePiPoo.com for advice on how to deal with this

It's utterly shocking this secret clause, there is no way this would be accepted in a small claim. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
