    Plans!!!!!!

Yes, I shouldn't be flippant about plans. :o

I'm one of those who's plotted and planned a lot, because I'm naturally cautious. smiley-scared004.gif

Like last week, some people were nagging me to get a skip.....

    £280 !!!

But I said, "Hang on, I think I know someone".....and by today that was organised. :D

Still have a van full of plasterboard though! :o

  • Davesnave.. I don't know what its like around with you, but someone was saying plasterboard is getting harder and harder to get rid of, as the tips are charging per bag etc... we have a lot of rumble etc in the garden etc, but we are slowly using it to fill in the ruts in the lane etc..

Its been a beautiful day today, but we have had the odd dribble of rain...

right watching status quo documentary on bbc four, ( but I think we have seen it before)

    I've been Money Tipped!
I don't think I'd ever discuss plans outright on the forum.

Not to be rude, but because we're all quite open and I've made us quite identify able already and I wouldn't want to cause problems with planning or stuff later on.

I think with the big plans you are quite right to be cautious.

However I doubt anyone could do much with my plans for courgettes and new greenhouse glass :rotfl:

My problem is I am great at planning it is the doing I am not as successful with :rotfl:

I don't think it's easy for others to come here and learn stuff without some pointers. It's a bit like like a soap, so unless people know who we are and what we're about, they'll change channels, or feel they can't join in.

I don't think something like: "Ex-education city dweller who bought a run-down, rural smallholding in Devon" is enough to ID me. It also fits my friend Dennis, just up the road, though he's been here much longer.

Anyway, we can say as much or as little as we like.

One of the best things about the thread is that we're a disparate group, geographically separated, and with very different objectives. Looking in here, people will surely see many reflections of their own trials, tribulations and successes, which is reassuring, but they have to know what's going on first.

Here endeth the sermon for today.....:p
