Rozee - lovely blue shade. I really like that. Good buying a job lot of paint. I'd be too scared to as it seems to be taking me a while to get into deciding things like colour at the mo.
Lovely hen too - what flavour is it? Make? Breed I mean.
Off to bed as all this doing nothing has worn me out.
Love those grasses IHS - really nice. Ihave some black grass that I lost, but found again when I hacked some stuff down!0 -
Lovely rooms rozee...... and the broody too.
We only have one broody ATM, and we don't mind too much, as it's Minnie, the Australorp who survived mycoplasma. She only lays intermittently at the best of times. She's also boss hen, with a very sweet nature, so she'll step in and break up fights between others when they occur. Even the Vorwerks respect her. :rotfl:
We spent almost all of yesterday clearing out the garage, ready for its re-roofing. There was so much carp in there! The decent stuff has all gone down to the barn, but I shall have another tip run soon.0 -
Hubby got today off too, as we were going to take boglets today.. he was going to be off anyway..
think we will try and get a bit more done in the garden up the ranch.. as it might be a wash out over the weekend...
weather looking a bit grey and overcast out there...
is it me, or is this year flying by???Work to live= not live to work0 -

Beautiful Rozee.
Overcast here, just in from a job & eaten so may get some stuff haacked down later. I get sodden when I cut through to where I put water down for the sheep.0 -
Blowing a real hoolie here, which isn't great for the garden.
It's the Village Day tomorrow, so here's hoping the torrential rain and flash-flooding misses us.
Not sure about human doses for ACV, but it's 50ml a day for a horse!
I just have a swig.0 -
I was just coming on here to say.. the wind is slowing picking up here...
we were supposed to be up here doing stuff in the garden, but the stonemason was here, so hubby and stonemason are going a very fragile job of removing stone above the top window and putting the lintels in, very quickly, as they have a prop thing holding up the cross beam thing... holding the roof up.. this was one of those jobs that has been put off.. got a pic on my phone, so will try and see if I can get it onto the computer later..
cant remember if I said, but signs have come back and are now fixed to the gates about dogs on leads, and feeding the pigs.. so will see if people take notice..Work to live= not live to work0 -
