    Good Morning :j

Another cold yet dry day today! Last night the snow was coming down thick and fast yet mercifully it didn't stay. Pretty as it can be I really don't want any :rotfl:

Off out today on an adventure, hope you all have fun whatever you are up to :)

  • choille - let us know you haven't been blown away..... if you have power & t'internet, of course :o
  • Been mooching on right move most of the morning...... I 'think' if we 'tart' this place up, and do VERY basic repairs, We might be able to get back what we owe on it, or come out of it not in as much neg equity than I thought....

I think if we can get one side of the ranch ( which would have been one house originally) habitable , kitchen, back living room, toilet. bathroom and one bedroom, (boys can have a caravan each.. Then that will get us in the ranch a lot sooner, and will save us loads of money a month by not having to pay a mortgage and rates on this place, and will only have the rates and money for the continuing work on the other side of the ranch.

In theory this could happen in the summer, IF I can get, earn, save enough money to the things needed on the 2 places..

    Hubby don't know this...... YET......lol....

Err......yes, but remember I left for good in April 2007, and apart from a short term contract in 2006, I was just a supply from September 2002.

So, I am not very 'up with it,' whatever the latest 'it' might be! :o:o:o

Thanks. It's more a 'in your experience, what happened' type of query, if that makes sense?! I'll pm you when I think of how to word my question :o

I have just made hubby a cuppa, and given him a nice chocolate tea cake,,,and told him I have been thinking......lol.... and told him my plan.... and he agrees......

sooooooo we have set a date of my Birthday, which is the middle of July.... as I told hubby, we now need to start setting ' goal dates' , PLUS will start looking on the bay, for the basic stuff we need for here to put things right...

I think this house is going to be the most work needed, lol... de-cluttering, and a THOUGHER deep clean.. and then, 'tarting up'

I was hoping we could hang onto it, and see if any potential developers would want to buy us out in the future, BUT we need to move on now from that thought now

It sounds as if it is the right thing for you all to do! Much easier to get on with developments when you are not in two locations :D Oh I am so excited for you :j
