Oh I am not in any way complaining about being pregnant  It was a long and emotional journey to get here and I am thankful every day that we have been so lucky to add to our family.
Sorry in my mind how I am feeling at the moment and my pregnancy are not connected. I was moaning about being unwell not about being pregnant. Although on reflection no one wants to hear grumbling so I shall stop.
we know that honeybunny....we just wish we could do more to help and support you.. as I said earlier both my pregnancies were like chalk and cheese, first one I was working right up to the day before ( SE dog groomer) the second one, my leg would give way etc due to the way he was lying etc... but still wouldn't change a thing.. how many children have you got Rummer? what were your other pregnancies like? or is this your first one?Work to live= not live to work0 -

Rubbish, :rotfl: we care. We listen.. Perhaps by connecting you will find it more bearable?
. Just find what works for YOU and do it.

Good grief, Rum. Course you can moan. According to OH, I moaned in spectaular style for 37 weeks of my last preganancy.
Moan away, love
Feeling a little bit perkier today. Part of my depression was that one of the girls had a very close shave in Aldi car park when she dashed out between cars to find her brother. It shook us all up really badly. A sobering reminder of the dangers of cars. I felt awful and was shuddering all day with how it culd have been. I'm feeling better now. It's reminded me to up my game when supervising the children. And also how lucky we are to have what we've got.0 -
Glad to say we've finished protecting all the apple trees in the orchard from sheep, or at least we've done all the ones we care about. That's one roll of very heavy duty windbreak @ £90, but much faster and cheaper than putting little fences around them.:D
Four trees will have to go eventually, because we're moving the access way between the two fields to the point where the apples meet the willows. It's drier there, and those last four trees in that section (there were two rows of 12) all have weaknesses of one kind or another. It will also be easier to hoik them out than the willows!
We've lost a few other apple trees in there, all in the one row, mostly because they were in terminal decline when we arrived. That means we can plant others, a few more damsons/plums and maybe another walnut, because the one we inherited probably isn't a 'proper' one.0 -
Let's see if we can give you a giggle, Rummer, and anyone else who needs one!
Around here, Halloween tends to be a bit predictable. It gets dark, and as soon as the kids next door think we have come inside, they creep around and spook us......
Whoooo-ooo--ooo!!!
That's it. They get a bag of E numbers, AKA Haribos, and off they go. Same each year. :rotfl:0 -

CTC We have a 9 year old DD who is a real treasure and we are also blessed with family nearby all who go out their way to take good care of us. Hubby is also feeling better and didn't even grumble when he was given a pot noodle for tea
Thank you all again for your support, I finally managed to get some sleep today so I am feeling a brighter and new medication should hopefully help over the next few days too.
Our DD dressed as a cat for halloween and when she walked into the room one of our beloved cats screeched, jumped across me and hid under the couch quietly growling. Poor boy must have thought it was some giant cat coming to eat him. Mercifully some tuna worked to coax him out and for the rest of the evening he kept one eye on the door waiting for a reappearance :rotfl:Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
Pot noodle..... only the chicken an mushroom ones, with bread and butter, to dip in the juice:D.
Did I say I cant get used to the clocks going back:D been wanting to go to sleep since about 8pm, wonder what time I will be up tomorrow morning???
Rummer, glad you are feeling a bit brighter tonight:T

I'd like to grow mistletoe just for us! 'Ve never been sure how though.
CTC, have you any more fairs coming up? Would holly do well at a fair close to Christmas? Or......as you first home is on a main route to somewhere people go weekly with lots of parking can exploit that for gate sales?0
