It always amuses me that cats 'get the hump' when we dare to leave them for a day or so! :rotfl:
Good that you had a (short) enforced rest.0 -
Anyone fancy the Tomtato (or is it Potomto?) - grafted plant that grows tomatoes and potatoes?
Thompson & Morgan, which is selling the plants for £14.99 each, described their new product as a “veg plot in a pot”.
£14.99 each :eek:0 -

Frankly, no.
One of those would just about blow most of my seed budget for a year! :rotfl:
Mind you, hearing from lir that there might be a mild winter, I've taken a few tomato cuttings with the idea of doing Christmas tomatoes again.
Did them in 2011 and we had some on Christmas Day.0 -

Tomtato at £14.99
It might produce £2-3 of crops!
Had apple pie last night, after 2 apples and a pear during the day. Its harvest time :rotfl::rotfl:
My reactions and DW's strength not quite what they used to be. DW chucked me the car keys from the top of the steps. They fell short, I cant bend with my back so they hit the floor, pcb in the main key fell out and remote locking now gone for a burton. Not even sure if I want to know the replacement cost
Choille/CTC/Alf, I'm sure you'll have noticed that RM are relaxing parcel sizes, I believe shoebox size should be allowed under small parcels from later this month.0 -
Had a overnight visit from the PineMarten. Only got two hens - two of the ones who are still laying of course!
Wondered why I heard hens going about this morning. So they escaped. Amazing it only got the two.
Beautiful day here, but I seem to have a dead arm - this been happening for weeks - very odd.0 -
Rhiwfield - If the RM are relaxing the sizes & you will be able to send a shoe box size for £2.60 that would make a massive difference although it's all a bit late for some. What a fiasco really. Who's running these things coz they aint half kerchangering things about.:eek:0

Has anyone had any success with couriers collecting stuff bought on ebay...there is something I want......but its collection only, fragile and in, I think, Kent.
The only thing I know is that Alfie would approve but probably nobody else!0
