Afternoon all,
Even though its grey outside, its very close...
Well today I more or less had a ME day... this morning had hair cut and coloured... its got a funky purple/red undertone:D
Then went to boots, and bought all new make-up, and bought hubby aramis It makes him smell sexy...
Got a huge headache now, must have been because of the money I spent:cool: But I did have a £25 gift voucher, and buy one, get one half price, PLUS the lady at the checkout give me money off coupons, so we split the sale over 3 transactions to get the best money off deals:T:DWork to live= not live to work0 -

He also had 100's of carrier bags, well probably 1,000's. They were neatly folded on top of each other in the pantry. And at least 50 of those large match boxes. Good job I checked them, found over £1,000 in one and a few hundred pound in another. He had been putting his pension money in the match boxes insead of his wallet or the bank. He passed away in 2009 so his instinct not to trust banks was probably a good one!
A friend's mother (back when I was in my teens) went 'bulk buying' but she used to do it in one go but with different things on different occasions. It turned out the poor woman had a brain tumour. My friend used to get home to find her ma had been 'shopping' & there were all manner of items which needed returning.
The most memorable example was the day my friend got home to find 17 marble fireplaces had been delivered _pale_0 -

well i hope they are productive visits...:D take care0 -
It's been in the low 20 degrees here & muggy.
Glad you treated yourself CTC. I have a coupon for £20 at Boots. I got it for looking at endless photos of women wearing lipstick & you had to say if they suited a particular shade or not - after 3 hours you just made it up as you couldn't focus & they all ended up looking the same....but I'd forgotten about it. It's the hardest £20 I've earned this year...........0 -
