It is an accepted variation on the spelling.

    .

So People need to find their voice.......Well people are, People are voicing their concerns over muslem 's raping only white girls, beheading our troops in the street, standing in a street in Britain and inciting violence against non-muslems, inciting muslem men to join them in jihad.

So tell me........Why are people not allowed to have a say when it is muslem/islamic people doing this...........

You seem to state anyone who has a view on these muslem men doing this as Racist......And this is why it continues and has become a problem in our society.

Nobody has said it is all muslems, but here in your views if someone speaks out about Islam , that certain muslems are using it as a tool to incite violence, or used as sexual tool, then they have to be blaming it on all muslems,

Calling someone a Racist can also be used as a tool to keep them quiet.

It has become such a problem in the Police force, that in the case of the muslem men targetting white girls .....What was their first concern.............

Was it that they could capture all the men doing this.......................
Was it the protection of the girls................
Was it making sure there were no other gangs like this..............
Was it to make sure the men were brought to law and punished.......

NO....It was to make sure the police did not come across as Racist in this case...............Really says it all.

    http://news.sky.com/story/1101483/gr...gangs-do-exist

I don't think anyone has said that any of that is remotely acceptable or that right thinking people should not speak out about those involved in such cases.

I do think that the pendulum has swung too far in terms of not offending sensibilities if there is clear evidence of wrong doing wherever it is found. That is the crux of the matter to me, wherever it is found, and tarring any one whole community with the same brush is wrong.

So, of course those who incite violence or commit crime should be reviled and have the force of the law brought to bear on them. But only them, and not their innocent neighbours of whatever colour or creed.

Fair enough. However I reserve the right to believe that was pure coincidence, seeing as I couldn't even follow their post coherently ;)

Ultimately, little-spender, this thread was started by a young teenage girl who witnessed her friend being the target of a racially-motivated verbal attack. Islamic extremists AND the EDL both do and say terrible things, but are we really saying that it is right and reasonable to treat our children as such because of these monstrosities?? That is not the kind of society that I want to be a part of.

Your post comes across with a tone of anger about it that makes me uncomfortable. There should be no issue with having a reasoned and adult debate in society about these things, but when people start spouting vitriol and chucking around biased newspaper reports as "evidence", I fear the point has been lost.

I just hope that the OP and her friend are getting the support they may need in the aftermath of the bus incident.

It is another derivative of the word. Not widely used but not a misspelling per se.

That's the worst dictionary. I'm going to look it up in the Oxford English Dictionary and if its not there I'm saying its a misspelling.
