(Okay, so there was nobody else in there and no beer, but what's the difference?!)
That's totally different though, that's her Dad. How would you feel to have your daughter sitting in the hot tub with 6 random males?0 -

If a 3 year old was in there with her father at a family party with relatives I wouldnt think anything of it, however it looked like just 6 guys from a party in the hottub and the young girl.
This was the original posting before the pic was put up
So... My daughter is currently in a hot top with 6 men
So they are not random men, they are men you do not know?0 -
That depends on how well the mum knows the guys.
Not really convinced by that. Are six "random" women really that much better than six "random" men?
Clearly, the concern is born out of the idea that potentially one of the men is a predator, but then there are female predators too, and while I will agree that the majority of predators are male, I would also argue that the majority of men are not predators. It's also worth considering the oft-quoted but oft-ignored fact that you're more likely to be victimised (in virtually every way, even down to less serious offences such as petty theft) by someone you know reasonably well.
As I say, I don't think it is an appropriate environment for a three year old child but not because of the ongoing moral panic regarding "strange" men.0 -

Ours doesn't. It's just like a big inflatable pool which is heated, has blowers and a cover to keep it at a perfect 35 degrees.

Load of fuss about nothing.
There's no such thing as appropriate clothes at 3 years old. The lads concerned are obviously friends of the mum, who was also there, supervising and taking a photo, and you're getting your knickers in a twist about absolutely nothing - although if you really want to put the cat amongst the pigeons, tell the guys concerned via FB that you think they were likely to pose a sexual risk to a tot/were behaving inappropriately with her.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

Tbh I think you're trying to make into into something inappropriate when you have no idea of the facts. You call them 'random men' just because you don't know who they are - presumerably the mum does as she's not likely to be dragging in strangers from the street. My old work collegues don't know any of my non-work friends as we don't hang out at the same times and quite frankly it's none of their business. Also it sounds like the mum was there as she was the one commenting and I'm guessing taking the pictures as it's not like the child didn't have a parent present.
So in reality mum and some of her friends, who just happen to be male, are hanging out in her hot tub with her young child. Hardly the end of the world. As long as someone is always keeping an eye on the child then I don't see the problem.0
