Hope your mums ok Dinah! Is she still in hospital?
Had a mad weekend here doing everything and spent a small fortune and super busy this week again argh! I want to have fun but when am I supposed to fit in all of the niggly little home jobs?!? What was everyone up to this weekend?0 -
Looks like you had fun though Tink!
Hope your Mum is OK Dinah and that everyone enjoyed Gracie's Christening.
Our painting is all done, OH worked out that he painted the whole flat in 12 hours (spread over 4 days). :T Feel quite bad that he did it all but it would have taken me 12 hours just to paint one room, never mind all of them!
Went shopping with my Mum on Saturday and she bought me some soft jersey dresses with lots of room for growth, they're sooo comfy!Wore one yesterday and kept stoking it saying, 'Oooh so soft and cosy!'
I'm easily pleased!

Hope the christening went well, did Gracie enjoy her day? The weather was pretty dramatic!

This is exactly how I feel - this is why we need three-day weekends! Two days for fun, then one extra to do your washing!
Ooh Birdie I'm all about the pregnancy dresses - wearing a jersey midi dress today which is not totally flattering but I like it anywayI need all the 'drape' I can get at the mo, eating like a total pig
Trying to rein myself in AGAIN this week
Hope everyone else is well!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
LOL Tete, for a few months I've been sticking to wearing soft drapey fabrics with high waistbands, or no waistbands and one day OH asked me why I was dressing like I was already pregnant and had to admit that sadly I was having to dress for comfort as I'd expanded somewhat due to comfort eating!
My new dresses aren't proper maternity, just the next size up with high, gathered waists, but hopefully they'll last me until autumn (if I don't eat too much and get fat!) as there's a lot of stretch in them! 2 of them are from Joules (half price sale) and they are the softest, loveliest fabric; I recommend you have a look!

How was the christening?? Bet Grace was a star!!
Birdie I bought a lovely jersey dress for my cousins wedding when I was pregnant with DS as I refused to pay extortionate amounts for a posh maternity dress I would wear once. I still wear that dress now and it's so comfortable. Luckily it kept the stretch so it doesn't look too big on me now. I always say its my "baby belly" anyway just ignore the fact that "my baby" is 18months
How are you feeling now? Any sickness?Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
I'm feeling OK Star.
Nausea comes and goes but I haven't had any actual sickness. I felt really grotty around the back end of last week but feel less minging now... although I've got the uncomfortable massive bloated belly feeling today which isn't so nice!

Oh dear Birdie. You need to sit in work now and complain loudly how you ate too much last night and are feeling bloated todayGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000
