Flying with Jet2 and children. Seat allocation
Comments

Just call them and explain that your kids have been allocated separate seats away from their parents.
They'll just amend it there and then so that one parent is with them.
If you leave it until the day, they'll still change it but they'll have to start moving other around if it's full.0 -
I fly with Jet2 on Wednesday and Oh and I have paid extra for our seats so we can sit together plus we booked legroom, so like a few previous posters have said....i also wouldnt move so a child could sit with parent.0

Perhaps the "We shall not be moved" brigade should read the T&Cs - reserved seats are never guaranteed:

I don't need the 4 seats in a row, but 2 + 2, so that each can look after 1
child would be reasonable.
Is it even legal to put the children by
themselves?
what would have been reasonable, was to look after your childrens needs, and pay so that you can sit together. Rather than taking pot luck it not working and then expecting others who have forked out their hard earned dough to sit together to move.

saysfor operational, safety or security
nowhere does it say move to accommodate people who do not want to pay up front, but want to sit together.0 -

I reckon the requirement to sit kids with parents could fall under 2 of those categories0
