That kitchen would be a pain with in a family home it's too narrow to have cupoards both sides. Someone opens the fridge, or any other appliance or cupboard door, and no one can get past. Is there even room to bend over to reach into lower shelves? Backs onto railway. Conservatory is horrible covering up all rear windows making dining room and kitchen dark and stuffy. Bathroom sink looks ridiculous crammed into such a small bathroom and trying to be stylish yet leaving the plumbing on view under the table. Like the internal doors.
Can't imagine why anyone would want it unless the price made the shortcomings bearable.0 -

The house is [STRIKE]nice[/STRIKE] awful, I [STRIKE]can[/STRIKE] can't see why you like it.
The gas fire in the living room is in a really odd position and would bug the life out of me - should it not be placed more central on the wall?
P.S. So so glad that post about the 185k offer was a joke! phew!I got ham but i'm not a hamster.....0 -

I think it would probably cook the flatscreen TV !
The 'art' is positioned to compensate - that really bugs me - I would have moved the 'where you invest.....' thing for the EA's photos0 -
Think you are making the right decision by looking else where. I don't like it and think you will get somewhere much better for your money.
Good luck0 -

I think the kitchen and the dining room are wayyyyy too narrow. If i bought that house I would be thinking of knocking the two into one nice large family friendly kitchen/diner. Being part of a family (and I love to cook) means that I spend a fair amount of time in the kitchen so for me that's the cost of a new kitchen:-)
I too find the bathroom a little cramped but not much you can do about that. It looks like your leg would touch the wall when you are sat on the loo!
From the front....is that damp on the outside walls?
Other than that it looks really cute - could make a nice family home once you've spent some money on tarting up the conservatory0
