wow if that was for offer down here at that price i would have snapped their hand off at the original asking price.
Its so depressing how much more you can get for your money as you move up the country0 -
It's horrible, dreadful. I can see clear evidence of subsidence. The roof needs considerable work to make it stand up to the slightest wind. The tree is too close to the front, endangering the foundations, and anyone walking along the path... and visitors who are injured (and they will be) could sue you. Clear evidence of Honey Fungus on the front lawn. Gas fire in pic 2 wouldn't pass latest regs, another death trap. Laminate flooring in pic 3 is lifting, probably caused by damp. Kitchen window is opaque - either no view, or overlooked by neighbours. Conservatory is going to be too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and looks like it was a drunken DIY job. Bidet in bathroom is too high for me. Garden has Japanese Knotweed next door. Need I go on?0

Honestly though , i reckon this is the kick up the backside we needed , we have three viewings lined up where we dont have to consider the west coast main line , nor a dreadful excuse for a conservatoryNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0
