I'm a lot better, chest almost clear, still not a energetic as I would like to be but hey.
Glad you've sorted the Docs. My mum has been VERY impressed with the way mine have worked for me this weekend.

OH appears to be having a lovely time outside

LW.. they are hobbits.. & they are just having lunch!!!
Mimi back.. she is a right miserable, ungrateful little cowbag... I don't know if it is entirely because she has been at her friends house.. the friend is a spoilt little winnie who needs a few more 'no's' flung in her direction. OR if it is entirely down to KH filling her head with sh!te.. apparently the room she shares with Moomin is 'meant for one person and why should she have to share a room?' (it is 6.5 x 10ft so not a tiny room unlike DD2's 6x7.5 room!!)... I told her to be thankful she has a room plenty of children don't!! She is so nasty!! She has her own room at KH's purely because DD1 and DD2 refuse to go so he can spread them out more, plus she thinks the world revolves around her. None of the others had their own rooms until they were 14 (she is 12) and DS2 is 17 and still shares with DS3!! (14) Sometimes I could beat her senseless she is so rude and ungrateful and nasty it makes me so cross! ... so I am ranting here before I rain my wrath on her head!
DD2 is nearly 16 and won't be here much longer I'm sure (DS2 will still be living at home at 45!! lol) and she is next in line to get her vacated room... (though if the baby is a boy he is going in there
) but she is so selfish I am loathe to move her in there! .. I will, but I am not happy about it, it feels like 'giving in' to her behaviour. (((Hugs))), macpep, and 'easy phonecall' vibes for Rowan tree. Glad you're ok after your visit to the surgery, LW.
I deposited DS2 at the creative writing class (looks like he's the only boy, so I'll no doubt hear about that when I go to collect him) and stayed for a minute on the drive to enjoy the birdsong and the views across the parkland, despite the rain.
In town I made an appointment at the bank, swapped something at primark for DS1, got petrol and called at lidl/Mr M's (didn't get anything that wasn't needed) before dropping off a few things from the car boot at the charity shop.
Since then I've had lunch and caught up with the thread. I just need to find my GUAG to spend an hour with the LR list before collecting DS2 (when all I really want to do is curl up and snooze for a bit). I wonder if it's the bread I had for lunch, because I was the same yesterday.
Back later. x0 -

Piggers your frustration is tangible, through the netbook screen! The Ungrateful One needs to understand that x bedrooms and y family members = some family members sharing. Simple maths! How you get that through to a stubborn 12-year-old, I do not know, however.
I've just been to post a letter (got some Royal Mail survey work to do again) and it's still raining, so I'm glad I washed the bath towels yesterday!
BM is on for pizza dough, so tonight's dins is on track; Mr LW tells me he has to clone a database this evening, but he'll be home at the usual time and log in from here.
I may even get around to repairing that skirt in a bit. Don't hold your breath, though.:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
haven 't been up long, so think I will have another cup of tea before I start.....0

I've dealt with the shopping from Mr A which turned up at 1.10 and no substitutions this time
Put all the stuff away upstairs and did battle with the cleaning stuff & toiletries to be stored in the bathroom. The toilet cleaner was just too wide to have 3 side by side on the depth of the shelf so there's a right muddle of stuff on that shelf again. At least its hiding some of the more expensive toiletries from DD's view so they might last a bit longer!
DD has nearly finished her first piece of homework, the next requires me buy a paper but its raining and I don't want to go out as my coat is a bit snug atm:o...So she's just said she'll go the corner shop for it if she can get a packet of crisps
I think thats a fair deal and saves me getting wet since she's the one with the decent waterproof
My GUAG has left me so I think I might have a glass of pop and go through some magazines I found while looking for the laminating pouches. I really don't need Mr A mags going back to February
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
I took out my vengeance on DD2's room.. on the basis I want the paint from under her bed.. I have filled a binbag of rubbish!! She has only been in there a few weeks!!!!! Such a piglet!!
3 loads of laundry, 1 binbag of rubbish, 2 small stacking boxes of shoes and hair electricals, 2 stacking crates of school paperwork, most of which can be binned in a few weeks
... on the excuse I wanted the roller and white paint. There is actually visible floor in there now
A pile of books is now sorted to go on the highest shelf in there and lots of room for the stacking boxes to be filled and put under the bed. I'll vacuum it shortly when I want Dot awake.. she fell asleep in her pizza!
Vanity unit moved off the landing into the small girls room, so I can now get into the wardrobe to extract DD1's prom dress (it is going to live at her house) and squish DD2's in there! I'm fairly certain there are some clothes in there which can go to the CS too.
I've done nothing off the list! I'll have a cuppa and sort Moomins clothes with her... then I can make ungrateful moo's day by doing hers too..
She is protesting about the lack of space for her to keep random bits of paper and gibble apparently.. she doesn't play with toys, she faffs on her phone and her MP3 player and her DSi (she is getting a new one for Christmas as hers is a bit broken = loved to death).. I'm gradually flinging all their toys.. They have 3 under bed boxes each to keep their special stuff in so it isn't like I'm binning everything!
