PP it breeds, I swear it!

So I've got off my butt and done the "put away dance":

Toys rehomed, can now see conservatory floor (so dirty I almost wish I couldn't ;))
Kitchen gibble redistributed, to garage, conservatory and pile at bottom of stairs awaiting "elevation"
DW emptied and stuff on drainer put away.
Snack corner tidied - cereal bars breeding
Laundry I flung downstairs sorted into relevant baskets
    Shoes put away
Bag from earlier outing checked, some items removed and rehomed, bag hung in cupboard
Booked mum to babysit later in month as friend organising meal out
Pump and half-inflated football put away till I can get one of those flexi thingies.
Brown bin put out for morning
    More tea made ;) :coffee:

    I still need to:
Check nursery bags have hats, spare shorts etc (must ask nursery if they have kept the sunscreen)
Take gibble upstairs and put away

I never did empty the vacs and clean the filters - although I'm sort of pleased, we are inundated with dandelion fluff here. It's the annual dandelion fluff festival y'see and it all likes to gather around my house waiting for a door or window to open (which it has to, in this lovely weather). So there are certain corners that look like they have snowdrifts. Hopefully it will be over in a few days, and I can hoover the whole lot up. And then the filters will need cleaning...

Have sat down with my cuppa and can see a dolly's bib under the chair opposite

I thought I was making a large wholemeal loaf in the breadmaker. I've just turned out a housebrick. As I did so I realised I'd forgotten to put the yeast in. Not one of my brighter moments. Any suggestions for uses for the lump?
Give it to Mrs MP to throw at the pigeon?

    Claudesmum - welcome

I'm still sticking with my list. DH is checking every day. I'm so pleased. The house is by no means immaculate, but is improving daily. Little steps.
All the usual dailies are being done: walking the DogStar, S & S bathrooms, kitchen, watered strawbs & 'matoes, bedmaking, washing - all up to date. Kitchen is looking respectable. Don't need to make lunch again tomorrow as my first appointment is Abercynon & next three are all local so will be home for lunch.
