Why have the BBC seen fit to interview a child about what happened? Just seen it on BBC news, from earlier. Call me old fashioned but that is wrong, seeing that little boy talking on camera about how he and his friends thought they were going to die is plain wrong.

As for the footage of the attacker with blood all over his hands, knives, spouting about why it had to be done..... that was like something out of a horror film, truly. I remember seeing things on the news when I was the age my kids are now that scared me, IRA attacks, Yorkshire Ripper, etc.... But nothing as traumatic as the footage I've seen tonight. On Sky News they had an 'expert' going over footage from the helicopter going "oh there's an evidence bag with a knife, and there's a knife" etc.... Not to mention the huge pool of blood. I know I could have switched off, but.....

    Jx
And it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end

if this is as reported a terror attack why dont these cowards go fight their cause against combat ready soldiers , picking a soft target on the street shows how cowardice these low lives are .

I would not be surprised if the perpetrators became accidentally disembowelled whilst in custody

Terribly shocking. I find it so sad that the one who was talking and trying to explain why they did it, was talking with a London accent but talking about 'our' country, not meaning the uk. So sorry for the soldier and his family.

The soldier has been named as Lee Rigby, well Lee, all I can say is rest in peace because you were 1000 times the man any of those two could ever dream to be, and I send my deepest sympathies to your family and friends, whose grief I can't begin to imagine - sleep tight xx

If that is indeed the name then it might be a respectful idea to remove the name of the victim from your post until its in the public domain, some of the family may not know yet.;)
