  • It wasn't Shell who promised me that the voucher would arrive at a certain time, it was MD.

    The points are on my account and I'm sure I'll therefore get them at Shell's appropriate time.

    Let me repeat for the hard of thinking, it is MD who have misled us.

    Hello Everyone,

    The statement you got in the post is the quarterly statement from Shell. This won't include your Fuel Voucher, or any other selected Reward Type. Everyone will have their fuel Voucher by 13th September. We have emailed customers and I have posted an official response from Shell and Mighty Deals on this forum as well.

    All delivery information we posted on the deal when we launched it was signed off and agreed by Shell. We also supported the deal with a TV Advertising campaign, which all had to be approved. I can assure you delivery information was double checked by ourselves.

    We were of the understanding customers would receive their voucher in August. We apologise that this is now being delivered by 13th September. As soon as we were informed of this, we sent out an official communication from Shell and ourselves as quickly as possible.

    I appreciate the confusion caused by the delay in the Fuel Voucher being sent out. I have personally logged onto this forum on a daily basis and tried to respond where I believe I can be helpful. I have also personally responded to any emails sent to customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk

    Once everyone received their fuel voucher, there shouldn't be anymore confusion and you can all enjoy cashing it in.

    Hello,

    I have read comments on this thread and people have commented on receiving a shell statement. I personally have as well. To not have any confusion I responded.

    The Fuel Voucher has been sent out late, I am not denying this and there was confusion when we listed the deal when the voucher would be received. I am not trying to justify anything on here and I am not aiming to point the finger. I am simply responding to threads and trying to help where I can.

    We made the deal as simple as possible. Customers purchased the deal, we automatically sent out the Driver Club Card pre-loaded with 4000 points and with details on 'How to Register' and Shell then post out the Fuel Voucher.

    The understandable confusion has come from the expected delivery date of the Fuel Voucher. We were told August which we passed on, but unfortunately the voucher will be received by September 13th.

  • Neil I think also compounding the issue is this stat,want that was emailed ( yesterday to me ) with points showing up to 22/8 which has clearly passed. I gather the vouchers are in processing which is fine but shell need to update the points to show the real number as of now rather than over a week ago. If we could have live points as at today I'm sure it would be minus the voucher ones.

    This would need to be taken up with Shell Drivers Club directly. We have no control over how they show points.

    I understand what you are saying however and I can see the confusion here as you don't know if they have been processed, or not. Unfortunately we do not have access to this information.

  • Well that seems to be the problem as that's what people are being sent by email I'm not overly worried until the 13th after which I would be taking further action along no doubt with the others.
