I have just spoken to Danny Strugnell at Shell Drivers Club. He is in the escalation department and he confirmed 13th September.

I can't answer that I am afraid. Danny Strugnell who I spoke to is a manager at Shell Drivers Club. He said 13th September to me.

I asked him why a customer was told later than that and he said everyone should be aware that customers will have their voucher by 13th September.

This is the first time I have bought from Mighty Deals.

I buy my fuel from Shell 90% of the time even although they are never the cheapest as I rarely buy supermarket fuel.

I still blame Shell. I don't recall them ever sending out statements every 3 months despite them supposedly being quarterly.

My points updated today and are at 5229. For anyone going on about their points not updating - they will only update after activity on the account.

Helen Thomson from Shell (Head Office) advised of vouchers expected to be sent out on August 26th as per the email we sent out to all customers. Danny from the escalation department agreed customers will have their voucher on September 13th.

Perhaps 'Danny' from the escalation department should also update the staff at Shell who are still sending out emails saying it won't be till the end of September.

A statement from Shell on their drivers club website about the mighty deals offer and when people can expect their fuel vouchers would be useful. It might save them getting lots of enquiries.
