I'm still waiting patiently as well but by the time the vouchers do show up based on past delays the price of petrol will have doubled so you'll effectively only get £10 anyway !!

If my vouchers don't show up by the 13th then I think it will time for a written complaint & maybe some media involvement.

passed shell petrol station it is just over 3p per litre dearer than asda morrisons.

You'll not get them by the 13 from what I was told on Friday but certainly I think some more calls to shell and might deals won't do any harm.

I have been reading this thread and called and emailed Shell and MightyDeals on at least 5 occasions. Each time I have been misled and given a date which they have not delivered my vouchers on.

I have emails from them clearly saying "you will receive your vouchers six week from June 30th", then "by end of August", then "first week of September". I am moving out of my current address on 23rd September you see so they will be useless for me after this.

I think we have a strong enough case now to go to the media and I am planning to head to the BBC with a copy of this thread and the emails I have received from Shell.

If I knew this was how long the wait was, I would never have spent
£10 on this deal. I will never buy anything from MightyDeals again and have informed all my relatives and friends about this too. I think we should now be taking another step towards either getting our money back since there are hundreds if not thousands of people who bought this. SHAME ON YOU SHELL AND SHAME ON MIGHTYDEALS FOR MISLEADING THE PUBLIC !

I'm going to wait until the 13th, only a few days now, let's see what turns up if anything. If nothing turns up then I would expect the guy from MD to make an appearance & explain this one away yet again.

I have received loyalty vouchers from them in the past successfully but have searched this morning to see if anyone has received this lot of vouchers?? Has anyone? I will set about reading further, maybe they were just overcome by the amount of people that took the offer?

Looking at my shell account, I really can't see them coming out until they'r calculated at the end of September then received early October. The vouchers appear to me to be sent out quarterly? I do hope i'm wrong could do with my vouchers in September.

It's a shame this has gone pear-shaped and hopefully all will be revealed by the weekend.
MD can't send out the vouchers, this is down to Shell.
If they haven't been received by this weekend, then Shell have let MD down and Quentin has a valid point asking what action MD might take against Shell for damage caused (if any). Was this "contract" tied up adequately though??
I just want my vouchers in line with other "normal" Shell customers, but if this is how they perform, then a warning for the future. Shell would have been aware of this promotion and should have shown they are creditable regarding their points program.

Roll on the weekend and see what happens, though MD should have the decency to offer a (rapid) refund to those that would like their money back if those promised vouchers haven't dropped on the doormats by the weekend.

Good luck and hope the goalposts don't need to be moved yet again. It will really look even "tackier".
