Whatever the position with Shell, it's entirely the responsibility of MD to deliver what it promised in return for the cash (small sum though it may have been).

The contract is with Mighty Deals, Mighty Deals have failed to honour it, and an awful lot of people will never trust you with any cash ever again. I don't fancy your chances, given the reputation you already had, and the further damage now being done to that already tarnished name.

I think the words of certain dragons would very likely be, "I'm out" - and so am I.

Lets wait until the shell vouchers on the normal run arrive I'm sure my hubby would have had some and possibly I might have too.

I would have hated to have seen the panic if this had been a £50 voucher.

Its annoying and if you've budgeted of having a voucher might be difficult but we can see the points on the shell site as at 22/8 its now the waiting to get them converted neither company are doing themselves any favours shell needs to get moving and update the points and mighty deals need to be far better on thier initial details of offers. How many of us will ever buy another mighty deals offer ..... I wonder

I really don't think it's is entirely MDs fault. They obviously done a deal with Shell, but they have let MD down by not conforming to the timescales that MD thought had been agree.

I presume MD will, in future tighten up the contracts.

No lies, but if anyone has any major doubts or doesn't believe me, please feel free to contact Shell and ask them directly about the fuel voucher.

We have apologised for confusion. Yes everyone purchased the deal from Mighty Deals, which is exactly why I have been on here responding to all customers from the day the deal launched. We were advised vouchers were supposed to be sent out in August, no conspiracies, no lies, just simply sent out later by Shell.
