Look at the date its from 22/8 so I reckon that done just before they take the points and change them to vouchers ( well I'm hoping that the case )

Same here - just got my Sept newsletter, and my points are still on it all 4237 of them... Annoyed..l

Newsletter arrived with a points balance of 4000 it's a con and utter shambles, next stop watchdog!!

Checked on the app its showing points as at 22/8 its not been updated keep your fingers crossed I think we should be ok

It wasn't Shell who promised me that the voucher would arrive at a certain time, it was MD.

The points are on my account and I'm sure I'll therefore get them at Shell's appropriate time.

Let me repeat for the hard of thinking, it is MD who have misled us.

Had an email before saying the vouchers were delayed but should be with me by the 26th August, that date has come and gone and still nothing. Had a sept email with points showing but still no voucher.

Have to agree no grouse with shell ( yet ) mighty deals rep stated aug while shell always told me September. I also bought another deal and had trouble with it eventually got it after some chasing but wasn't worth the bother as the sizing wasn't anything like realistic, not worth trying for a refund. So doubt I will be buying many more deals.
