Doesn't it say to wait until the 13th of September in an email we got ?
I had my normal shell voucher around the 5th of the month last quarter

But how can we trust when the dates keep being moved.

Well I'm prepared to wait until then as shell themselves told me ages ago it would be until the normal run I'd think it might take longer with all our extra vouchers so the 13 th is my cut off. Has anyone received them yet ? If they started sending on the day the said ( wasn't that bank holiday anyway ) one would think someone must have them.

I shall be boycotting Shell in the future. They've really scr*w*d up on this deal and their poor response to give an official date and stick to it shows nothing but contempt for their customers.

Had my statement by email from shell showing balance at 22/8 hopefully that's a good sign except all the points were still on there :-/ lol roll on next week

Just got my Shell monthly news letter and it's still showing my points. Shouldn't these have been deducted if the vouchers have been sent?

just looked at my statement and have had 192 points added by HQ, i was told this is done just before statements are produced
