  • The thing is E2save do not hope customer do not make there claims and we do not rely on customer not making there claim so we can make money. Atomic cashback is less just due to the simple fact it is raised with the first two months and there is nothing you need to do to claim this. I personally feel the terms and conditions are reasonable and that 30 days is more than enough time to send a bill into us and we do clearly state on the cashback offer leaflet provided which bills you need to send into us.

Also, Shareef did not ever say e2save do everything possible to stop customer claiming there cashback. I did not agree with the reasons she says auto cashback is less then cashback that needs to be claimed, I agree with the fact that e2save are very good for cashback. Also she accepts the fact auto cashback is less and the customer has the right to choose which deal they want to do for.

completely ignored quintens point. and meaning its raised in only 2 months doesnt make any differences, surely the costs for the firm arent THAT large tht they have to charge nearly double for auto compared to non auto.

and its obvious uv not typed tht last msg and uv got a manager or someone!

I have no more to say on this matter, mse members its your choice, if u wana get screwed by e2save take the risk even tho there are more reliable firms/cheaper deals out there, but most ppl on here wudnt take out a e2save deal even if they were paid to, point made above!

Rebecca are you answering these posts personally or on behalf of e2save?

If 30 days is considered enough to send in a bill, why does your parent company cpw (same address, same head office, same legal department) give us 60 days?

I'm also not happy with with E2Save. I applied for SE k800i with Vodafone. Despite waiting for 3 weeks after I've been approved, followed by numerous emails and 0870 calls, they did not send any phone and there was no correspondence. I threatened to told them I was cancelling the contract and gave a week's ultimatum - still no reply. I sent another email 2 days after the ultimatum passed that I had terminated the contract, they responded at 1850 hrs that day (just before closing hours) that my phone was on the way. It was 2 days after that I could access my account on thier website.
I managed to send the phone back 1 week later.
After 4 weeks (10 weeks since my initial request), Vodafone sent me a late cancellation bill, which was debited from my account.

1 year on, I'M STILL BITTER ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER APPROACH THEM AGAIN, EVEN IF THEY OFFER TO PAY ME EVERY MONTH!

write to watchdog and go to ur local citizens advice or ring official consumer helpline. Alternatively take your case to ur local solicitor who will proceed a claim and e2save will settle/pay any legal fees if u win.

so if you "personally feel" will that hold with e2save when making a claim, your internet employee/sneak personally felt x amount of time is sufficient so you should allow my claim.
  • I can confirm you do get 30 days to make a cashback claim with e2save from the bill date as it states in the terms and conditions. I can also assure you the last response was written by myself.

    Im a guy bdw ;)

Why are people arguing over the nature of cashback deals? Its obvious why they have the terms they do, so why knock her about them? The only useful posts are the ones talking about where e2save havent stuck to their conditions. And as you said Nick, my only gripe is the recorded not actually getting signed (altho Ive always got free stamps out of it and my claim being processed on top anyway).

    Well this wasn't disputed.

But you have caused another concern:

Your conditions say you will pay up within 30 days of receiving a claim, but in the other thread you state it's 45 days. Which is correct?

Do you post on behalf of e2save (and can your posts be quoted in support of disputes)?
  • Quentin, it does now state your cheque will be received within 30 days on the internet (my college confirmed this has been changed within the past few months). As far as I am aware this correspondence has also been changed on the cashback offer leaflet that is sent. This was 45 days before and this is something that has only just been changed as we are trying to make the turn around as short as possible. I apologised for any confusion I caused you.

I am posting on behalf of e2save and I am more than happy for you to quote me should you need to contract e2save customer services regarding an issue.

Very sorry about the mistake also Shareef.
